The QMC 123 magnetic clamping systems offer many advantages during quick mold change operations, including total security, high efficiency, and optimized profitability. Active safety, interactivity with the operator, and exact measurement of the clamping force are innovative functions made possible by the IMAG technology developed by Stäubli. Thanks to design and many inspections carried out during clamping operations and production, these Stäubli solutions significantly help increase productivity.
Economic, efficient, and comprehensive, this quick coupling range also includes simple sockets, bridge pieces, extensions, and elbows.
Ergonomic connection and disconnection are facilitated by the knurled locking ring, which makes it easy to grip the plug. Additionally, one-handed connections and disconnections are possible.
Red and blue rings ensure instant identification of hot and cold water circuits.
RPL quick couplings also feature safety locking and automatic connection.
Introducing comprehensive systems dedicated to small IMM (Injection Molding Machines) – featuring groundbreaking technology in connections, clamping, and loading designed for plastics injection processes. Versatile, compact, and ergonomic, these innovative products belong to a wide range of solutions perfectly suited for precision injection in small tonnage applications. These innovative products will debut at K2025.
