ABOUT US :
Since 2003, JM POLYMERS has been the pioneer in Europe in the field of mineral additives with a high content of calcium carbonate or talc. Thanks to its products, plastics converters have been able to:
- Improving the performance of processed products in many areas such as films (waste bags, building films, hygiene films, agricultural films), thermoforming, pipes & cables or injection, with virgin or recycled materials
- reduce the use of polymers, generating cost savings and reducing the carbon footprint.
Following the merger with Cabamix in 2023, the group also has a complete range of even more sustainable products, in particular bio-based or compostable.
A team of 35 people, resolutely focused on the future and innovation thanks to the latest investments implemented to have a technical center dedicated to the development of new products or to cooperation with plastics manufacturers who wish to benefit from high-performance tools in a confidential, flexible and efficient framework.
We generate more than 50% of our turnover from exports, mainly in Europe but also in other countries.
We want to strengthen our presence in the field of toll compouding and offer a tailor-made service to manufacturers in the plastics industry.
We are committed to a performance policy guaranteed by obtaining several certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 50001, Recyclass, Ecovadis.
CALCIUM CARBONATE MASTERBATCHES (Cacolin) :
Our CACOLIN® range of products improves the productivity of extrusion lines, the stability of the bubble, the mechanical qualities of thermoformed and injected films and products.
Our last reference CACOLIN 80S, pushes the limits of mineral fillers in technical films (non-breatable hygiene, food packaging, agricultural films…) to achieve exceptional mechanical performances with incorporation rates far beyond the standard products. (up to 40% into very thin films) Cacolin®80S also achieves very beautiful visual effects and a more pleasant contact with the skin.
Our products are economical and environmentally sustainable, significantly reducing the carbon footprint of final products.
Toll Compounding
We offer a custom compounding service in order to produce formulas that will be specific to you while respecting confidentiality. We have 3 production technologies (continuous compounding, twinscrew extruders co-kneaders), a large fleet of silos (32), a technical center and a laboratory to assist you and guarantee production performance. Our overall capacity is currently 60,000 tons per year and will continue to grow.
Talc, Bio or Recycled Masterbatches,
Our TALCOLIN® range of products based on talc improves the productivity of processing lines and the mechanical qualities of final products (stiffness, barrier properties…), to be used from 5 to 30% in your formulation. Main applications are Blown and Cast films, thermoforming, pipes, cables and injection.
We also have in our range of products BIO masterbatches (CARBOMAX®BIO, OK Compost Industrial, OK Compost HOME and OK BIODEGRADABLE SOIL) and specific masterbatches based on recycled polymers (TALCOREC and CACOREC).
All these products can be adapted to you specific needs.
