For projects with extreme mechanical constraints and oversized dimensions, EXSTO Group provides custom-made solutions. We design and manufacture high-performance polyurethane parts up to 10 meters long and 5 tons in weight to meet the most ambitious requirements.
Our UREFLEX® and ELADEEP® polyurethanes stand out for their exceptional technical properties, offering a durable alternative to standard metals and plastics. Lighter, abrasion resistant, and capable of superior damping, our solutions enhance the performance of your projects in demanding environments.
Silicone: innovation and speed at the heart of our Fablab
In our Fablab, we develop innovative silicone shaping solutions in close collaboration with our customers. The aim is to reduce time-to-market, secure your investments and optimise development costs.
With our Sio-Shaping® technologies, we transform our liquid silicone using 3D printing or ephemeral molds, without compromising its technical properties. We quickly deliver functional prototype parts, with characteristics identical to those of the final product, for rapid and reliable testing.
Custom-made technical wheels: durability and performance
EXSTO designs customized industrial wheels for the most demanding environments. Whether polyurethane, rubber or Vulkollan®, our solutions meet your load, speed, temperature, abrasion or chemical constraints.
We offer coating for new or used wheels, polyurethane or Vulkollan® wheels, rubber lining, and the manufacture of large-scale technical parts to meet industrial requirements.
Focus on L998-x: a high-performance polyurethane cast at 98 ShA, it offers exceptional resistance to wear, impact and hydrolysis, making it ideal for extreme applications.
