1 BLOW presents the new generation of blow moulding machines for production of PET bottles, «Green BLOW », more environment friendly, with a very low power and air consumption compared with other equivalent blow moulders. We are happy to support our customers with services during the entire life of their 1 BLOW machines.
New 1XXLY blow molding machine developed by 1 BLOW: production of PET containers from 5 to 30 liters. The 1XXLY especially allows you to produce the largest formats with one cavity, and formats up to 12 liters with two cavities so your productivity remains high regardless of the type of bottle produced. This machine offers all the advantages of the 1 BLOW range: electric operation, excellent accessibility, recovery of blowing air and electrical energy, and intuitive control.
The 6MO machine from 1 BLOW features 6 cavities for producing round or oval PET bottles, with or without neck orientation, up to 1.2 liters. It therefore covers a wide range of bottle shapes and meets the needs of various applications and markets. Its compact design, similar to the 4-cavity 4LO, combines high performance with space efficiency. Quick and easy mold access ensures fast format changes, boosting flexibility and overall productivity.
At 1 BLOW, sustainability is part of our core values. Our machines are equipped with an air recovery system and a power recovery feature, allowing us to reduce energy consumption during operation. We’ve also installed photovoltaic panels on our factory, covering up to 40% of our energy needs.
NEW INNOVATION
1 BLOW is presently developing a brand new machine to blow wide mouth PET and RPET jars. This machine features a totally open design, effortless changeovers and infinite process capabilities as each preform is monitored individually. Neck sizes up to 150 mm are accepted on this new platform.
