Thanks to our expertise in oleochemistry, we are subcontracting partners for esterification, oil treatment and wax pelletizing with a melting point from 40 to 80°C.
Esters for Polymers : We offer a wide range of plasticizers, lubricants and processing aids for thermoplastic polymers.
Our oils improve the flexibility and viscous transition temperature, while enhancing the low-temperature performance of different polymer types, such as : flexible PVC, PBT, PET and many others.
Esters for biopolymers: incorporating plasticizing esters into bioplastics improves the softness, flexibility and cold resistance of these materials, which are too rigid and brittle in their pure state.
our esters are compatible with a wide range of biopolymers such as PLA (polylactic acid), PHA (polyhydroxyalkanoates), PBS (polybutylene succinate) and their blends.
without altering the chemical structure of the biopolymer, our oils improve physical properties while remaining biodegradable.
Esters for elastomers: esters are indispensable in rubber formulations. Their purpose is to modify mechanical properties, improve rubber transformation processes and tailor elastomer usage properties.

NEW INNOVATION
Through our know-how we have been able to :
- Developed an alternative to DOS Dioctyl sebacate, which we offer as a plasticizer for polar rubbers, and which is 100% biosourced and biodegradable.
- Market an alternative to technical paraffinic oils used in polar elastomer formulations : SBR, AEM, AEVM, CR, ACM, NBR and HNBR.
- study and compare the behavior of several partially or totally biobased esters to propose different alternatives to conventional plasticizers on the market today.
