For more than 40 years, CROMES has specialised in the design and manufacture of tools for plastic injection moulding. Our activity has been oriented towards the packaging sector and more particularly in the fields of perfumery, cosmetics and pharmacy.

E-Sy Blow – Blowing injection on IMM
Injection blow moulding tooling for use on a conventional injection moulding machine

- Patented in-mold closing or assembly system
- It is an ultra-compact digital system that allows the closing cycle to be programmed or modified directly on the press without having to physically modify any components.

- Reduced space requirements: no more storage and handling problems
- Closing time on test bench: 0.4 seconds
- Position and force of cap closure adjustable according to colours
E-Sy Screw – Servo Drive unscrewing

CROMES supports customers in testing new recycled, recyclable, organic, natural and non-petroleum-based materials.
