Excellence – E-FTW

MONDON presents its range of winders and unwinders, EXCELLENCE. This range is composed of E-FTW rewinders, allowing high productivity first-class results. E-FTW non-stop turret winder supports 2 shafts which allow unloading a bobbin in hidden time while rewinding a new one. Automatic change can be performed at full speed or 0 speed to get a perpendicular cut. E-FTW combines performance with durability and first-rate technology and provides customer-specific solutions. E-FTW winder control is performed thanks to a network application with the upstream processing line. Due to its non-stop process, the winder avoids the transition sequences which could produce bad quality products.

Excellence – E-TUW

MONDON presents its range of winders and unwinders, EXCELLENCE.

MONDON strengthens its presence on the international market thanks to its best seller unwinder through MONDON E-TUW. The fully automatic turret unwinder offers high productivity for first-class results. The TUW Series turret unwinder is dedicated to unwind product without stop in production line with flying change technology. The E-TUW can unwind shaftless rolls until 1400 mm diameter and 1,5T weight at 500 mpm. TUW range is versatile and offers high quality results. In its last development, this unwinder offers the capacity to perform a flying unwinding way change.

REWOLEX® – Winders and unwinders

REWOLEX® can unwind or rewind flexible materials, by improving productivity. Easy-to-use and ergonomic, REWOLEX® machines are an essential assistant for the operators.

The E-CW machine is a surface winder offering maximum production quality through fully automatic in-line winding.

This contact winder includes a shaft magazine, increasing the machine’s overall efficiency.

An unloading device improves ergonomics and productivity. Several options as edge trimming, centre driven shaft and gap winding are available with the machine.

The E-CW remains easy to use and maintain, with optimal safety for the operator.

It delivers high quality rolls thanks to accurate tension control and is designed for seamless integration into existing lines.

Rewind® PET is a PET monomer recycling solution that allows producing high quality clear and food grade PET for packaging from currently undervalued waste PET.

Atmospheric pressure plasma treatment facilitates surface preparation prior to bonding, painting, varnishing or cleaning – which has led to a rapid expansion of its use in all industrial sectors.

  • ULC : specially designed for coating, AcXys Technologies has developed 2 specific devices for thin layer deposits with the V-Coat (SiOx oriented ) and with the S-Coat (other materials).
  • TKE : turn-key equipment with easy to program trajectories, 3 models available : QUICKSET (flexible cell), LABSCAN (Compact cell) with integrated ULS technology and ULSCAN (large cell) also with integrated ULS technology. 
  • TKS : 3 specific equipment with P-MIX for powder activation, G-MIX to deliver complex gas mixtures and the ACTIVA for batch processing of flat parts.

ULS OMEGA

This equipment has all the interfaces and flexibility required to integrate plasma technologies into complex industrial environments. This is the ideal equipment for when plasma processing parameters need to be monitored and controlled and when there is a need to interact with other equipment of the production line. 

ULS OMEGA is available as standard with 1, 2 or 3 nozzles to increase the processing capacity according to cycle time requirements. ULS modules are flexible and versatile – they can accommodate a larger number of nozzles upon request – should large scale treatments be necessary. ULS technology is easy to integrate, thanks to its small footprint and compact nozzle.

ULD

This equipment is designed for all 2D surface geometries. 

Able to produce a homogeneous plasma curtain from 60 mm to 500 mm, the treatment can be applied to flat parts. Larger areas can be activated by combining multiple sources.  This equipment is nitrogen or doped-nitrogen fed being used in industries such as microelectronics and medical.

AcXys Technologies is the only manufacturer of this kind of equipment.

P-MIX

Atmospheric plasma treatment of powders is very promising, as it enables the surface energy of the powders to be modified to improve their wettability or, conversely, their ability not to agglomerate.

To achieve this plasma treatment easily and economically, AcXys Technologies has developed equipment that operates at atmospheric pressure. This equipment, called P-MIX, makes it possible to cleanly and rapidly batch treat different powders by increasing or decreasing their surface energy.

Powder processing is used in all kinds of industries (medical, pharmaceutical, polymers, additive manufacturing, etc.) and has expanded in recent years.
