2 – Solar Panel Mounts
Recycling mixed plastic waste.
Goal: 2,500 tons reused in France by 2025.
3 – Swing Brackets
Custom swing supports made from recycled PVC.

Developed using our in-house recycled PVC.
5 – Water Storage & Treatment
Complete water systems produced on our new site.
6 – Automotive Cutting Unit
Since January 2023, a cutting unit is operational at our new CIFRA Europe site in Château-Thierry.

We specialize in the injection of large plastic parts made from 100% recycled materials, such as solar panel mounts. Our process combines technical performance and sustainability, offering a second life to plastic waste while reducing environmental impact.
🏭 EN – PVC Film Production & Calendering at CIFRA
CIFRA specializes in high-quality recycled PVC film, vital for water management, automotive, packaging, and stationery sectors. Starting with PVC waste—windows, cards, scraps, and film rolls—materials are ground and micronized into fine granules (100–500 µm). These are blended and extruded into molten PVC, then calendered into continuous film by passing through heated rollers. This calendering step ensures uniform thickness and surface quality. The film is finally wound into rolls or cut to size, with options for surface textures and laminations. CIFRA’s recycled PVC film reduces CO₂ emissions by ~30,000 tonnes, supporting sustainable industries.

Our production process optimizes energy consumption and limits CO₂ emissions, having already saved over 30,000 tonnes—equivalent to removing 33,000 cars from the roads. CIFRA pioneers advanced injection molding solutions using 100% recycled plastic materials. This cutting-edge technology enables the production of large-format technical parts with optimized mechanical properties and excellent aesthetics. A key application is the manufacture of durable, weather-resistant solar panel supports that meet strict requirements for dimensional stability and strength.
