BILLION’s IMM enables the optimised integration of recycled raw materials. Thanks to its Easy Control technology, the machine stabilises the injection process by adapting switching and holding pressures in real time to fluctuations in the viscosity of recycled materials. This significantly reduces rejects. Additionally, the ‘sandwich’ injection technique allows a recycled material (core) to be encapsulated beneath a layer of virgin material (skin), ensuring an aesthetically pleasing part, reduced material usage, lower costs, and the potential for new mechanical properties.
