We offer a wide range of versatile and flexible in-line or off-line slitter-rewinders adapted to your needs:
- Integrated or separate unwinder
- Hot, cold, ultrasonic or combined cutting systems
- Centre surface winding, centre winding, turret winders
We also propose numerous ancillary equipment and automated solutions to ease loading and unloading operations.
Our range of Spooling lines includes seven types of machines to produce narrow spools or Jumbo spools and uses different technologies depending on your needs:
- digital self-traversing spooling lines fitting sensitive products combined with wide strips
- standard spooling technology in mechanical or digital configuration
Decoup+® by Spoolex
Expert in ultrasonic technology since 1975, we offer a wide range of manual devices or units for machine integration, applicable at any steps of the manufacturing process: from weaving looms to final make-up operation.
We are mainly reputed in Plastic market for our STAR device for Ultrasonic cutting of PP-tapes fabrics on flat or circular weaving looms. This polyvalent and versatile equipment is adapted to PP woven fabric from 50 to 300 gsm.
We also offer Individual, ergonomic and easy to use working station for «stitching» operations without any additional material. Adapted to small/medium size series, this equipment performs soft seams and consistent welding quality.
Roll Concept® by Spoolex
For 40 years now, we have been designing and manufacturing industrial rollers, cylinders and unwinding cores specially engineered to improve process performance: reduced weight, durability, high critical speed, easy installation… both for machinery manufacturers and end users.
Our products are usually made from aluminium profiles called ALVEOTUBE™. These patented profiles have been designed to offer an ideal combination of low inertia, low weight and high resistance to flexion.
We offer from cut to length profiles to turnkey solutions including end assemblies or mountings and/or coatings, in order to fulfil your needs.
