Single-screw extruder
Used in laboratories or production, our extruders are temperature-controlled in several specific zones.
Equipment for every type of application is designed: flat head, tube head, multi-extrusion, metal sheathing, « roller nose », variable-section head.
Comply with the highest safety standards: EN 1114.

Roll Mill
The Lescuyer and Villeneuve roll mills are used in production workshops for milling lines and for specific R&D applications.
Full electric motorization on machines with tables of up to 2,500 mm is unique in the industry, and avoids many of the problems associated with conventional hydraulics.

Internal mixer
Lescuyer and Villeneuve in-house mixers are at the heart of the characterization process in laboratories and research centers. The mixers are monobloc, which reduces space requirements and noise pollution.

Automatic mixing system (VOMERY)
The VOMERY system enables 100% automated blending, eliminating the need for human intervention thanks to motorized gum-limiters capable of moving the material efficiently from one side of the cylinder to the other.
