Conveyors
OPAL shaftless screw conveyors ensure reliable transfer of heterogeneous, sticky or semi liquid materials. With no central shaft and no bearing, they prevent clogging and ensure that everything entering the conveyor is transferred away. Designed for horizontal or vertical conveying in more compact then ever, OPAL conveyors optimize space, reduce maintenance requirements and are well suited for industrial waste, biowaste, sludge and sand. Hoppers and Receiving Bunkers
OPAL hoppers are designed for the containment, reception and extraction of complex materials, including semi liquid products such as biowaste, sludge and shredded waste. Combined with shaftless screw conveying systems, they ensure a smooth and continuous feed of processes without clogging. Robust and custom designed, they adapt to operating constraints and guarantee reliable and sustainable material flow management.
OPAL Vertical Mixer
The OPAL automatic mixer enables efficient dosing and mixing of sludge, biowaste with active additives using the vertical shaftless screw technology. Suitable for sludge and lime mixing, sludge and biowaste composting, and polluted soil inerting, it ensures fast and high throughput mixing within a minimal space requirement. Available in fixed or mobile versions, it offers flexibility, high capacity up to 500 tons per day and quick commissioning, providing for a robust, high performance and adaptable solution for all types of sludge and rejects.
