OILSPY is a system developed in partnership with the Institut Français du Pétrole (IFP) to detect accidental pollution by floating hydrocarbons and chlorinated solvents. Its polymer membrane, in contact with the water surface, reacts in the presence of hydrocarbons. It dissolves and releases a piston that activates a contact relay. An alarm is triggered. The signal is sent by electric cable or radio to the supervisor.

NEREIDES has developed a valve, OILSTOP, with an automatic closing device adapted to water drainage systems to contain accidental hydrocarbon pollution. This obturator detects the pollution and stops the flow of water or any other fluid. An optional proximity sensor signals the closure of the valve to an alarm system.

ABOUT US :

Founded in 2013, Vox Environnement benefits from more than 12 years of experience in designing and manufacturing high performance, reliable and durable solutions for the organic waste recovery sector. Since the end of 2023, we have joined the Suez Group, enabling us to continue and accelerate our growth. Our equipment is designed, developed and assembled in our workshop located in the South East of France, close to Avignon.

Backed by unique field engineering expertise acquired over a decade of close collaboration with two industrial sites, we have designed and manufactured high-performance solutions that are 100% made in France for :

  • Biowaste depacking solutions
  • Pallet box cleaning solutions
  • Air extraction solution for industrial buildings

With a strong focus on your needs, evolving technical and regulatory requirements, our teams support you throughout every step of your project to develop the best suitable solution.

For the past 4 years, we have been developing the Bio-SV, a high-performance depacker designed to achieve optimal seperation between packaging and the organic matter it contains.
During its development, we always kept in mind the desire todevelop a system that would be easy to use and to maintain. We developped a compact solution that delivers the full performance of the Bio-SV: the Bio-SV Compact.

We deliver high-performance, reliable depacking solutions.

The Bio-SV is engineered to maximize the separation of packaging from organic waste, ensuring efficient and clean processing. With a high processing capacity of 10 to 30 tons per hour, depending on the type of waste, it combines robust design with ease of operation.

Our depacking systems are built around two core principles : ease of use and low-maintenance operation—values that are also central to our Bio-SV Compact, a space-saving solution without compromising performance.

Importantly, our depacking solutions achieves plastic impurity levels of less than 0.3% DM, delivering cleaner outputs and superior downstream quality.

Introducing HelixAir : advanced air extraction for industrial buildings.

We developed the HelixAir system to provide optimal air renewal in industrial buildings affected by odor. It enables rapid, controlled extraction of contaminated air while ensuring continuous replacement with fresh outdoor air, creating healthier, better-ventilated environments.

With a flexible range of airflow rates—from 30,000 to 400,000 m³/h— HelixAir can be tailored to suit any building size or type. An integrated control panel offers centralized monitoring of all system data, allowing users to strategically adjust airflow for maximum efficiency and enhanced safety.

SmartPesée: Fast, Accurate, and Intelligent Weighing

The SmartPesée module enables rapid, error-free weighing of pallet boxes used for biowaste transport. Designed for ease of use, it features a touchscreen interface, a waste classification camera, and integrated traceability software.

Key benefits of SmartPesée :

  • Eliminate multiple truck trips to the weighbridge for multi-client loads
  • Visual verification via camera to prevent input errors
  • Instant access to product and client information directly on the touchscreen
  • Automated waste “downgrade” management with photos captured automatically

NEW INNOVATION
