APROMUD® is the benchmark drying solution for sludge and liquid spoil management. Based on biodegradable organic polymers formulated by APROTEK, it transforms mineral or organic sludge into manageable material, optimizing handling, transport, and potential recycling. Effective at low dosage (4 to 10 kg/m³), APROMUD® delivers immediate results, cost saving alternative to standard binders, improves loading safety, reduces truck rotations, and maintains neutral pH. Safe for operators, low-carbon, and environmental-friendly responsible, it widens the number of treatment centers and landfills accepting the removed material by submitting a solidified waste adapts to all recovery channels while accelerating disposal rates.
APROFLOC™ is a versatile range of flocculants and coagulants designed for efficient wastewater and industrial process treatment. Acting through electrostatic charge affinity, it aggregates suspended colloids, concentrates sludge, and releases clarified water. The process enables rapid solid-liquid separation, reducing sludge volumes and optimizing on-site space. APROFLOC™ delivers immediate efficiency, supports water recycling, and improves sludge dewatering and concentration. Available as powders, liquids, or emulsions to suit each effluent type.
COLMATEK™ is designed to solve circulation losses encountered during drilling operations, preventing costly delays and borehole instability. Based on high-swelling, elastic organic polymers, it is injected directly into the drilling fluid when losses occur. Upon contact, it activates and forms adhesive plates naturally drawn into fractures or permeable zones, ensuring fast sealing. Supplied in 20 kg buckets, COLMATEK™ works at low dosage (10–20 lb/100 gal or 12–24 kg/m³), allows simultaneous Venturi grout injection, and is non-fermenting.

APROMUD® G373: a major breakthrough in saline sludge conditioning
Industrial activities (construction, industrial processes, mining, contaminated sites and soils, ports, etc.) generate significant volumes of sludge containing high concentrations of salts, particularly sodium and calcium chlorides. The presence of these salts greatly complicates conditioning, handling, transportation, and storage operations, while increasing energy and logistical costs.
Conventional solutions—such as thermal coagulation, heavy lime or carbonate treatments, or standard drying agents binders—reach their limits in saline environments. They often require substantial overdosing, significantly increase the volume of material to be disposed of, and result in higher energy consumption and environmental impact.
APROMUD® G373, a patented innovation developed by APROTEK, overcomes this major technical barrier. Specifically formulated for saline environments, it enhances liquid absorption capacity by up to 200% or more in salt-laden matrices. It enables rapid solidification (approximately 15 minutes) of salty sludge at low dosage, making it immediately shovel-ready and easy to handle.
Its performance is independent of the type of salts present (NaCl, CaCl₂, KCl, MgCl₂, etc.). By improving particle cohesion, APROMUD® G373 reduces stockpile erosion during heavy rainfall, enhances loading safety, and optimizes logistics costs through reduced volume and lower energy consumption.
Neutral, non-corrosive, and inert in mineral matrices (biodegradable under specific conditions), it also improves operational efficiency by facilitating equipment and truck bed cleaning.
