ABOUT US :

FE Process is a major player specialized in the design and construction of tailor-made installations for thermal evaporation, crystallization, stripping, effluent recovery, and energy efficiency technologies.
For over 30 years, we have been supporting our partners around the world with innovative, ready-to-use solutions based on a methodology which offers an overall approach to any industrial challenges, in any sector.

Our added value resides in managing the whole project, from audit and initial study to on-site launch for continuous, seamless support from a single point of contact who coordinates all stages (design, lab & full-scale tests, manufacturing, installation, and optimization).

To ensure the reliability of the equipment, compliance, quality, and availability, we rely solely on European suppliers, whom most of them being French, to guarantee high industrial standards.
According to budget, space, and time requirements, a one-shot solution can be provided with mobile units that can be rented for a defined period of time, either for unforeseen or seasonal needs.

Such approach guarantees reliable, high-performance, and turnkey solutions, while simplifying your project management and ensuring your deadlines and results.
Since resources can turn out to be a hindrance, FE Process can help finance low-carbon projects by identifying eligible subsidies as well as white certificates (ESC, EEC).
With the support of financial partners, third-party funding solutions can be granted to accelerate energy transition by reducing investment costs while maximizing both economic and environmental benefits.
This well-established expertise is based on continuous research and development, driven by the work carried out in our in-house laboratory.

French Fab certified, a French governmental initiative which brings together French industrial players committed to the development of national industry, FE Process’s first goal is to promote more efficient and sustainable production, thanks to a reduced carbon footprint and lower operating and thermal energy costs.

Through an ongoing commitment to innovation, we offer manufacturers, all over the globe, the means to meet current and future challenges in terms of performance, energy efficiency, and environmental transition, at highly competitive and optimized costs.

In an industrial context where cost reduction, environmental performance, and process control are essential, evaporation stands out as the most efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective solution for treating and recovering effluents.
As experienced experts in evaporation processes, our proficient teams in such technologies personally assist all partners, since they benefit from virtually unmatched experience in the sector: valuable expertise for defining the most suitable installation to meet your objectives & budget.
These evaporation processes provide solutions to a wide range of industrial issues, regardless of the sector, related to concentration, volume reduction, and effluent treatment.

Stripping (also known as distillation) enables the separation of a solvent. This technology is used to separate a solvent from volatile compound, and based on passing a gas (often air, steam, or an inert gas) through a liquid in order to transfer the volatile components of the liquid to the gas phase.
The most common application is the separation of ammonia or alcohol in order to improve condensate quality.
FE Process has developed and patented a ready-to-use solution which combines a stripping process together with mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) and a reboiler for the purpose of significantly optimizing vapor and electric consumption.

Thanks to our expertise in thermal design, our units are specifically designed to achieve market-leading energy performance, while minimizing steam consumption.
Our installations feature specific technology that recovers low-pressure and low-temperature energy. This recovered energy is then reused in the process at a much higher temperature (e.g. from 45°C to 180°C).
This ability to transform “lost” energy into a useful resource significantly reduces the need for live steam, and immediately lowers operating costs, thus optimizing overall energy efficiency.
This process provides more sustainable installations, better suited to current environmental and regulatory challenges.

NEW INNOVATION

The boiler of tomorrow: Achieving more efficient & sustainable production while significantly reducing operating costs & carbon footprint has been a major focus for FE Process for decades. We are eager to bring this expertise to industries across all sectors.
The key lies in energy processes optimization through Circular Electric Boilers (CEB): High-Temperature Heat Pumps (HTHP) combined with Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR), an in-house-developed technology that represents major progress in reducing energy consumption & CO₂ emissions in industrial thermal processes.
Said approach, fully in line with carbon neutrality objectives, reuses waste energy & reduces dependence on fossil fuels.
