1. Tanks Covers
CP Composites designs and manufactures composite material covers for bassins and structures related to water treatment and the environment. These custom-made, lightweight, strong, and durable covers are suitable for new or renovated installations.
🔹 Types of Covers:
Self-supporting spherical covers — for bassins requiring a hemispherical or arched shape.
Self-supporting flat covers — flat, suitable for straight or wide tanks.
Movable covers — integrated into a structure or rails to facilitate access and maintenance of the bassinss.
💡 They are made of sandwich composites (PET foam, or honeycomb) reinforced with fiberglass and polyester resin, guaranteeing good mechanical strength and resistance to climatic and chemical conditions. Resistant to H2S gas
👉 These covers are used to:
✔ protect wastewater treatment or settling basins
✔ reduce odor emissions
✔ limit evaporation or the entry of debris into the water

High mechanical resistance, low weight (~25 kg/m²) facilitating handling and on-site installation.
The panels are sized according to the specific requirements of each basin, with on-site measurements to ensure precise adjustment.
👉 They often replace traditional filter floors (concrete), notably for improved performance and long-term durability without corrosion or degradation.
