Biogas

Oxygen is an effective and environmentally-friendly solution for reducing the H2S content of biogas produced by the anaerobic digestion of organic biomass. For this application, NOVAIR offers stand-alone oxygen production systems and solutions for regulating the flow of injected oxygen, already adopted by a large number of manufacturers around the world.

OXYPURE WATERPACK® is a high-efficiency on-site oxygen generation system engineered for water and wastewater industries. It optimizes ozone production for effective disinfection, enhances treatment of effluents, odors and hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), and supports wastewater plants during peak flow periods. Energy-efficient with a low-pressure air compressor, this Plug & Play containerized solution delivers high-purity oxygen, large flow rates from 20 to 275 m³/h, and operates with low noise levels for reliable, cost-effective performance.

OXYSWING® is a modular PSA oxygen generator designed to provide industrial users with a safe, autonomous and continuous on-site oxygen supply up to 95% purity. Based on a patented multi-module Pressure Swing Adsorption technology, it delivers optimized performance compared to conventional twin-tower systems. Its flexible design allows easy capacity expansion through simple module additions, without specialized personnel. Compact, robust and built with non-corrosive materials, OXYSWING® ensures reliable operation, simplified maintenance and optimized spare parts management, with flow rates from 2.5 to 44.4 Nm³/h.

OXYPURE is an advanced PSA-based on-site oxygen generation solution providing a safe, continuous and high-purity oxygen supply up to 99.5%. Designed for demanding industrial applications, it avoids cylinders and bulk liquid storage, reducing costs, simplifying logistics and minimizing supply risks.. Fully automatic and turnkey, OXYPURE ensures stable outlet purity, competitive production costs and scalable capacity through interconnected lines. Equipped with an integrated touchscreen controller and built with reliable, high-efficiency components, it delivers durable performance with optimized energy consumption and flow rates from 2.6 to 90 Nm³/h.
