F-REG

F-REG

#sewage #flooding #pollution #sewagenetwork #innovation #ecofriendly

ABOUT US :

F-Reg solutions are designed to combat flooding and waste discharge in cities caused by overflowing sewage systems during heavy rainfall. As a result of new waterproofing and climate change, wastewater and rainwater collection networks are now often undersized in historic areas. As a result, they tend to saturate and overflow with effluent during rainfall, causing urban flooding and, above all, frequent pollution that degrades the biodiversity of our natural environments. Every year in Europe, flooding’s causes million worth damage (13 Billion €/year in Europe) and our cities are dealing with important risks of pollutions caused by these flooding’s. The authorities are often trying to compensate these problems with large and expensive retention tanks. To counter these phenomena, F-Reg has patented a solution that turns our networks into regulating bodies by mobilizing water collection pipes for storage, thus smoothing the devastating peak flows generated by storms and preventing overflows. Today, F-Reg markets a range of solutions to meet the different needs of local authorities: stand-alone hydrodynamic valves, hydrodynamic regulating-controlled flow valves, tilting weirs, macro-waste traps and more. The company is involved in projects from A to Z: from the study to analyze project needs (eligibility, sizing, location) through its engineering and design department, to custom 3D design, material manufacturing and finally installation of the solutions. The solutions created by F-Reg not only save local authorities money, but also help them make a commitment to the environment. In fact, the valves designed by F-Reg’s teams are much less expensive to install than rainwater retention basins and require no land. Installation is therefore much simpler, quicker, more eco-friendly, and more sustainable. F-reg solutions also improve the carbon footprint compared with the installation of a retention basin.

The flovalv, a solution patented by F-Reg, uses sewer pipes as a storage area to regulate peak flows of stormwater and thus limit the damage caused by overflows. F-Reg solutions therefore represent an economic and environmental challenge for local authorities. Economical, because our solutions are much less costly than the creation of retention tanks and the purchase of land, and environmental, because they help reduce urban flooding and the discharge of waste into natural landscapes.

It is controlled by the water height at upstream which generates the necessary force on the pneumatic cylinders, afterwards generates the opening. The water pressure drives the valve and controls its flow, without electricity or supervision. Very economic and requires little maintenance.

When it rains, the garbage on the ground in our streets is often carried into our stormwater systems by runoff, and is therefore very likely to end up directly in our rivers, seas and oceans.

To further protect the environment, F-Reg has also developed solutions to combat the discharge of macro-waste into the natural environment. The macro-waste trap is a simple solution placed in the sewer system or in an outfall, and is equipped with a net to capture all the pollutants that can circulate in sewer systems (wipes, cigarette butts, plastics, etc.). Our traps incorporate hydraulic intelligence (overflow, for example) to prevent overloading in the event of net clogging.

F-Reg also intervenes upstream, before waste enters the sewer system, to limit the impact on the natural environment.

Our latest range of solutions consists of anti-waste baskets that can be placed directly in roadway drains to capture waste before it reaches the stormwater networks. These baskets, made of stainless steel or aluminum, are custom-designed to fit any type of downspout. They enable us to combat cigarette butts and plastics before they start to disintegrate in the networks, further polluting our environment. They are easy to clean thanks to their handles, and extremely durable.

REGOM

REGOM

#tirerecycling #tyrerecycling #tire #tyre #identification #traceability

ABOUT US :

REGOM is a French company specialized in advanced tire identification and sorting solutions for the recycling and circular economy industries. We developed innovative machines leveraging artificial intelligence allowing used tire collectors and recyclers to rapidly sort and grade each used tires individually with precision and efficiency. Thanks to years of R&D we are able to identify and grade one tire in 3 seconds or 1200 tires per hour, a real advancement in the tire industry where large volumes of tires need to be processed, and majority of tires are handled manually. With the primary goal of improving worker’s conditions, we bring automation into a traditional environment allowing smoother operations, reduced costs, and increased value of recovered materials by enabling faster and smarter decision-making. In an industry where most tires are still handled manually, this represents a major shift.

We work closely with collectors, recyclers, pyrolysis operators, and industrial partners worldwide, delivering customized systems tailored to different markets, regulations, and operational needs.

An automated identification and sorting machine for light vehicle tires, powered by artificial intelligence.

It recognizes each tire individually analyzing brand, model, dimensions, speed and load index, DOT, weight, and remaining tread depth at an industrial pace of one tire every three seconds (up to 1,200 tires per hour).

Designed for tire collectors and recyclers handling high daily volumes, the system automatically separates tires into predefined batches based on selected criteria. Whether intended for resale, mechanical recycling, pyrolysis, or other recovery processes, each tire is directed to the right channel, quickly, accurately, and consistently.

An automated identification and sorting machine dedicated to truck and bus tires, powered by advanced artificial intelligence.

It accurately identifies brand, model, dimensions, speed and load index, DOT, weight, and remaining tread depth, processing one tire every 20 seconds (up to 180 tires per hour).

Designed for collectors, retreading plants, and logistics operators managing heavy-duty tires, the system automates the capture of all tire data, making subsequent processes such as retreading and recycling faster, simpler, and more reliable.

Engineered to handle larger and heavier truck tires, the machine ensures consistent performance, precision, and operational efficiency in demanding industrial environments.

A dedicated sorting software suite designed specifically for the tire recycling industry.

It provides an intuitive interface to configure and operate REGOM machines, monitor production in real time, and maintain a detailed record of every processed tire.

By centralizing operational data, the software enables operators to track performance, adjust workflows, and optimize sorting strategies in line with business objectives.

Beyond simplifying daily operations, it ensures full traceability supporting smarter decision-making across resale, retreading, recycling, and energy recovery activities.

OUR ECO-RESPONSIBLE COMMITMENTS

At REGOM, sustainability is not a side initiative, it is at the core of what we do.

We are proud members of the Coq Vert community, a French network of companies committed to the energy transition and decarbonization. Within our group, TC-Transports is ISO 9001 certified, reflecting a strong commitment to operational excellence, responsible management, and continuous improvement.

Through the design and supply of industrial equipment dedicated to the recycling sector, we actively contribute to the circular economy. Our solutions help reduce waste, extend the lifespan of materials, and enable our partners to meet their own environmental and sustainability objectives.

By combining technology, performance, and environmental responsibility, REGOM supports a more efficient and more sustainable tire industry.

NEW INNOVATION

At REGOM, we are committed to making tire recycling easier, safer, and more efficient through automation. Our X-ray innovation protects shredding machines by detecting unsuitable tires – such as those with hidden metallic parts or seal and silent tires – that can cause serious and costly damage. By preventing breakdowns and extending equipment lifetime, we help recyclers save money, improve productivity, and focus on what matters most: giving every tire a new life. Always listening to our customers, we turn their challenges into tailored R&D solutions.
