Dylco is a French industrial SME located in in the North of France, dedicated to warp knitting manufacturing for about 70 years, initially for the automotive market and then rapidly for a wide variety of sectors.
We support customers from different industries, throughout the entire production cycle, from development to batch production.

Profitability without responsibility is not satisfactory in the long term. Ferlam Technologies uses 20% regenerated materials.

FerlaBraid round glass is made from interwoven E-glass strands. Its key technical advantages are its deformability and excellent thermal insulation properties. It’s used for example as oven door gasket, wood or pellet stove gasket, boiler gasket.

FerlaTape insulation is made from interwoven Eglass strands forming a narrow strip. Available in different widths, it can be used as a flat joint or to insulate pipes. Equipped with an adhesive strip, this tape is very easy to fit. Typical use: seal

Ferlajoint VHTC consists of high-temperature carded glass yarns interlaced around a core of VHTC yarn. Its main technical advantages are its lightness, deformability, and excellent thermal insulation properties: 850°C

IMATTEC is a French technical spinning company based in the north of France, specializing among other skills, in long-fiber spinning. From raw material to fabrics, our spinning mill develops and produces high-performance technical textiles based on advanced materials (metals, PTFE, aramid, Vectran, polyacrylate IMAT’Fire, PVA, PBO Zylon…) and multiple structures (fibers, single yarns, plied yarns, Multifil, monofil, covered, woven, knitted, fabric,  felts, nonwoven…), not hesitating to think outside the box to meet your specific requirements.

Our company has ISO9001 certification for conception and production. We produce a wide range of yarns, which we are able to knit, particularly in stainless steel,which offers high conductivity and excellent resistance to high temperatures(800°),making it very popular in many fields (glassmaking, sensors, composites).

Aramid fibers are extremely strong and resistant. They have no melting point and are used for their heat resistance (200-250°C). Its many qualities have led to its use in technical textiles (PPE, sports, bullet-proof vests, cut-resistant gloves).
