In accordance with the provisions of the law n°2004-575 called “Confiance dans l’économie numérique” (Law for confidence in the digital economy), the editor of this website is Business France which is an industrial and commercial public body registered in the Commercial Register of Paris under the number 451.930.051 and whose head office is located at 77 bd Saint-Jacques, 75998 Paris cedex 14 (phone number: 0140733000).

The editorial director of the present website is Laurent Saint-Martin, CEO (Chief Executive Officer).

The personal data collected are subject to a processing for Business France to ensure its assignments in the framework of the French public program for supporting the international development of the French economy.

The personal data are kept during the period required for the purpose for which they are collected, that is for the duration of the contract increased by the legal prescriptions periods and to ensure the respect of the legal or regulatory requirements compulsory for Business France. They are intended to its corporate services, its overseas offices, some of which are located outside of the European Union, and to Team France Export members (Regions, French chamber of commerce and industry in France, Bpifrance).

In application of the law n°  78-17 “relative à l’informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés” (Law relative to information technology, computer files and freedom) amended dated January 6th, 1978 and of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council-27 April 2016, the information relating to the processing of your personal data and the exercise of your rights (access, change, remove, objection, etc…) are available in the Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
