NEW INNOVATION
Protective Base Layer
Developed for optimal integration into multi-layer systems, this base layer solution ensures reliable thermal protection while maintaining the user’s physiological comfort during operations.
It is certified according to European standards to guarantee reliable protection in exposed environments:
- ISO 11612 (A1 B1 C1 F1): Protection against flame spread (A1), convective heat (B1), radiant heat (C1), and contact heat (F1).
- ISO 1149-5: Electrostatic properties enabling charge dissipation, suitable for potentially explosive atmospheres.
The design focuses specifically on functionality and physiological management during physical exertion:
- Controlled Weight: At 210 g/m², this knit fabric offers an optimal balance between thermal barrier and lightness, preventing heat stress for the operator.
- Ergonomics and Fit: The addition of elastane ensures multi-directional stretch. This allows the garment to maintain a close-to-body fit, ensuring constant thermal efficiency without hindering mobility.
- Moisture Transfer: The fabric composition promotes rapid wicking of perspiration to the outer layers. The resulting quick-dry effect limits body temperature fluctuations during rest phases following intense effort.
