The Institut Supérieur de Plasturgie Appliquée (ISPA), Polyvia’s initial training organization, trains hundreds of young talents each year in the fields of plastics and composites. ISPA offers excellent training programs, recognized and supported by major industry players, enabling graduates to integrate quickly and effectively into the sector.

In addition to its training activities, Polyvia organizes various events and initiatives to promote plastics and composites. As the company achieved remarkable growth and profitability, in 2021, MARCHANTE SAS opened its Innovation Center (MIC) composed of a cast extrusion line and a dynamic stretching simulator, with the support of BPI France and the AURA Region in France, dedicated to researching film applications, especially in recyclable packaging.
 
Another key area of its expertise is upgrading existing lines and machinery. MARCHANTE SAS offers multiple solutions to enhance performance, output and final product quality such as line speed increase multi-layer (from 3 to 5 or 7 layers), refitting or replacement of sections of production lines (winding improvement, improvement on casting) and many more.
The dedicated Spare Parts team provides services and a broad spectrum of spare parts compatible with a large range of Production lines. 

As extrusion and biaxial stretching experts, our primary focus lies in crafting technical films such as BOPP Capacitor, High °C Films, and Li-BSF (wet and dry). We also offer expertise in a wide range of plastic film applications, BOPET, BOPA, PETG, BOPS, Stone Paper,  Shrink-Sleeve materials, R&D including mono-material & bio films such as BOPE, Bio Polymers, and 100% rPET for thermoforming. 

MASIM

One of our standout innovations is MASIM, our advanced simultaneous stretching system, ensures precise film thickness and porosity for optimal performance. We achieve remarkable thicknesses, down to 5µ for separators and 2µ for capacitor films.
