The plastics and composites sector comprises approximately 3,500 companies, employing 126,000 people across the country. The union works closely with public authorities and influential bodies to represent and defend the interests of its members.

Polyvia also places particular emphasis on training and skills development. The Institut Supérieur de Plasturgie Appliquée (ISPA), Polyvia’s initial training organization, trains hundreds of young talents each year in the fields of plastics and composites. ISPA offers excellent training programs, recognized and supported by major industry players, enabling graduates to integrate quickly and effectively into the sector.
