La Maison Gaston

BACK TO COLLECTION

The Brand

Shaped by her travels and academic exchange in Taiwan, Christelle Clairville came to appreciate the impact artistic expression has in forming a people, leading her to rediscover the rich arts scene of her native Caribbean island, Guadeloupe. Inspired by the power of art, she founded La Maison Gaston to spotlight Creole artists and designers and bring forward narratives from the peripheries. Her vision of art is rooted in emotion; an energy that transcends prejudice and builds bridges between hearts.

Each piece offered by La Maison Gaston tells a story of its territory, whether from the Caribbean French islands or La Réunion in the Indian Ocean. These works, unique or limited editions, are fragments of a universal narrative shaped by Native American, European, African, and Indian heritage.

Spotlighting artists from the French Islands

Their Maison d’Art offers an inimitable aesthetic signature: hybrid creations that resonate with Creole identity, objects that combine tropical materials, ancestral knowledge, and refined French craftsmanship. La Maison Gaston brings new accents and a unique touch to your projects; a curation unlike any other.

Maison Ferdie

BACK TO COLLECTION

The Brand

Based in Paris, Maison Ferdie brings art back to the table by designing sculptural centerpieces that reinterpret the icons of French dining culture with audacity, elegance, and a distinctly contemporary voice. Each piece transforms the familiar into collectible designs — celebrating the rituals of gathering, eating, and sharing.

With the ‘Le Banquet’ collection, Maison Ferdie reinterprets the forgotten tradition of the “surtout de table”, a spectacular table centerpiece once reserved for grand occasions during the reign of Louis XIV through a contemporary lens. Mixing French cultural codes with a bold sculptural language, each piece blends art, craftmanship, and timeless French savoir-faire. Both playful and refined, the “Le Banquet collection elevates everyday French life into collectible design.

Embracing French Dining Heritage

From molding and casting to retouching, each piece is handcrafted in the 4000m² atelier near Paris, finished with gold or silver leaf,  and produced in limited editions under the artistic direction of Éric Saint Chaffray, a renowed sculptor with 35 years of experience at Musée Grévin. Positioned at the high end of the market, Maison Ferdie’s work goes beyond decoration, it is collectible artwork that represents a refined, poetic, and distinctly French take on contemporary centerpieces.
