We launched our first range of ultrasonic devices in 1975. Since then, we have been successfully developing and manufacturing ultrasonic cutting and welding systems for PP Woven Tapes and plastic film applications, particularly.

Indeed, FIBC and bags industries are constantly requiring resistant, hygienic, eco-friendly and new solutions for PP fabrics cutting-sealing purposes. Because it performs clean and strong edges without overthickness nor burning, ultrasonic cutting technology has been used and privileged for many years now and is today well introduced in all steps of PP bag manufacturing process mainly for cutting, sealing operations. This technology is particularly suitable to PP-woven tapes fabrics, as the width of the tapes requires a wide sealed track to ensure edge reinforcement for further confection process.

For these specific market, we manufacture ultrasonic equipment for both on-loom and off-line applications to perform:

• edge or central cutting (easy to install and highly efficient),
• cross cutting and spout cutting,
• ultrasonic welding or cutting,
• and chain stitch cutting
