ABOUT US :

AzurİA develops both embedded AI software components and fully integrated systems combining sensors and our embedded AI. Unlike traditional approaches relying on cloudbased video stream analysis.

Our solutions (CamİA) combine multispectral sensors with frugal AI algorithms, capable of operating in constrained environments over long periods. They are particularly suited for early wildfire detection, natural area monitoring, waste detection, search and rescue, and maritime surveillance.

AzurİA develops both embedded AI software components and fully integrated systems combining sensors and deployment platforms, such as our smart device CamİA and our tethered aerostat Helia, which we offer when no elevated vantage point is available, an efficient autonomous 24/7 lookout deployable anywhere and operational in winds of up to 60 km/h.

Designed for versatility, AzurİA’s technology can be integrated into a wide range of platforms, including fixed monitoring stations (telecom towers, water towers, masts), mobile systems, and aerial solutions such as drones.

This flexibility enables adaptation to diverse terrains and operational contexts, depending on the specific constraints of each mission.

Beyond wildfire applications, our approach is adaptable to a wide range of use cases. Our AI models and embedded systems can be configured for different types of risks, environments, and operational objectives, making AzurİA a flexible and scalable technology partner. For example, the same model can be used for wildfire detection during high-risk seasons, and for illegal dumping detection during the rest of the year.

Based in France, AzurİA is committed to developing sovereign, reliable, and sustainable AI technologies in Europe. We contribute to strengthening territorial resilience in response to growing challenges related to climate change and increasing risks.

AzurİA leverages frugal AI to deliver high-performance detection while minimizing computational and energy requirements. Our models are optimized to run efficiently on embedded hardware, reducing power consumption and infrastructure needs. This approach enables scalable deployments in the field while lowering operational costs and environmental impact, making AI more sustainable and accessible.

CamİA can be deployed on a wide range of platforms, including fixed stations (telecom towers, water towers, etc.) and mobile systems (aerial drones, etc.). This flexibility enables rapid deployment across diverse environments such as forests, industrial sites, or critical infrastructure, while adapting to operational constraints and mission requirements.

Guardian, AzurIA’s client interface, enables users to access detections through pop-up alerts, allowing them to make quick decisions. The “admin” user has access to various settings to tailor detection parameters to their specific needs or depending on situational awareness. For instance the operator can change the patrol mode, in case the camera is motorized, activate the video stream and change the focal length/zoom, or upgrade the AI model.

The objective of the interface is to be alerted in real time in order to visualize each detection clearly, enabling fast and well-informed decision-making by the user.

OUR ECO-RESPONSIBLE COMMITMENTS

To validate all of AzurIA’s efforts in this area, a life cycle assessment was conducted for its CamIA product. The analysis showed a result of 30 kg CO₂e, including manufacturing, use over 5 years in France and recycling, which corresponds to approximately 200 km of driving by car.

Our edge-based architecture also avoids the systematic transmission of video streams and reliance on cloud infrastructure, contributing to a more efficient and resilient use of AI in the field. Through this approach, AzurİA promotes sustainable, efficient, and responsible innovation. Even in case of inferences « on premise » the computational ressources needed are significantly reduced.

NEW INNOVATION

AzurIA has developed an incremental product line to address the full range of situations the company may encounter with its clients. This product line enables a high level of versatility: our solution can be deployed on existing cameras as well as on our own devices.

In addition, our products are designed to be installed on various types of structures (water towers, telecom towers, drones, etc.), and to fit a wide range of operational use cases, at a same time or depending on the season risks.

FLOWSTOP

FLOWSTOP

#FlowStop #anti-flood-barrier #climate-change #flood

ABOUT US :

FlowStop develops innovative, custom-made flood protection solutions designed to protect building openings against water intrusion. The company has deployed 9,000 devices to date, achieved €5 million in revenue in 2025, and holds active patents in both Europe and the United States.

Flooding is the world’s leading natural disaster in terms of economic damage. According to the World Bank, 1.47 billion people — nearly 19% of the global population — are exposed to significant flood risk. In many cases, water levels remain below one meter, meaning that damage can often be prevented with simple and effective protection solutions.

FlowStop has developed a patented inflatable flood barrier compatible with doors, garage doors, patio doors and all types of building openings. The device requires no construction work, inflates in just a few minutes and can be easily stored when not in use. Every solution is custom-made to perfectly fit each opening, offering a reliable, reusable and cost-effective alternative to traditional flood barriers.

FlowStop serves private homeowners, businesses and public authorities across Europe and North America. Its devices are already in use by major industrial groups, public infrastructures and municipalities exposed to flood risk. The company was awarded the Prime Minister’s Prize at the Concours Lépine 2023, an official recognition of its innovation at the highest level.

FlowStop is a patented inflatable flood barrier designed to protect building openings from floodwater intrusion.

Installed in seconds and inflated in less than a minute, FlowStop creates a strong watertight seal across  doors, garage doors, industrial access points, service entrances, loading bays, technical openings, and canals. The system requires no construction work, no permanent installation and no tools, allowing immediate protection when flooding threatens.

Each FlowStop is custom-manufactured to fit the exact dimensions of the opening, ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability. Lightweight, reusable and easy to store, FlowStop provides a fast, cost-effective and highly efficient alternative to traditional flood barriers for homes, businesses and public infrastructure.

FlowStop uses high-strength dropstitch technology, the same structural material used in high-performance inflatable watercraft. Once inflated, thousands of internal fibers tension the PVC layers to create a rigid, highly resistant barrier capable of withstanding flood pressure.

The device also integrates dual sealing cushions and EPDM compression joints that adapt to wall and floor irregularities, ensuring reliable watertightness.

Each FlowStop is custom-manufactured to fit the exact dimensions of the opening, providing fast deployment and optimal protection without any construction work.

Installed in seconds and inflated in under a minute, it creates a strong watertight seal across doors, garage doors, industrial entrances, loading bays and technical openings. No tools, construction work or permanent installation are required, ensuring immediate deployment in case of flooding. Each unit is custom-made to fit perfectly, offering maximum reliability. Lightweight, reusable and easy to store, FlowStop is a fast, cost-effective and highly efficient alternative to traditional flood protection systems.

OUR ECO-RESPONSIBLE COMMITMENTS

FlowStop contributes to climate adaptation and resilience by preventing flood damage before it occurs.

Instead of rebuilding after disasters, FlowStop enables buildings to remain operational and protected, reducing reconstruction waste, material consumption and economic losses. Its reusable inflatable design, long lifespan and minimal installation requirements support a more sustainable and resource-efficient approach to flood risk management.

NEW INNOVATION

FlowStop has developed a patented inflatable flood barrier technology that allows buildings to be protected from flooding in less than a minute, without construction work or permanent installation.

Using high-strength dropstitch materials and a unique sealing system, FlowStop creates a rigid and watertight barrier once inflated. Each device is custom-made to fit the exact dimensions of the opening, ensuring reliable protection against rising water.

This innovation transforms flood protection from a heavy infrastructure solution into a fast, deployable and scalable device accessible to homes, businesses and public infrastructure.
