Pharmaceutical tailored-made services to access the French market

Cevidra is an independent French pharmaceutical company with 20 years of experience supporting the availability of essential, niche, and innovative medicines in France. Headquartered in Grasse, with a second entity in Lyon, Cevidra provides international biotech and pharmaceutical companies with a fully integrated local platform combining pharmaceutical exploitation, regulatory operations, market access, early access, compassionate access, pharmacovigilance coordination, quality oversight, and hospital distribution.

Cevidra operates through two complementary business models.

First, Cevidra commercializes hospital medicines with marketing authorization in France through a purchase-and-resale model. This approach is particularly suited for international companies seeking a reliable French partner to manage local exploitation, distribution, hospital access, supply operations, and post-authorization commercialization without establishing their own affiliate in France. Cevidra can act as the French exploitant and distributor, ensuring that medicines are made available to hospitals in compliance with French pharmaceutical and regulatory requirements.

Second, Cevidra supports innovative biotech companies from post-Phase 2b development onwards by helping them generate earlier revenue and provide French patients with access to the latest therapeutic innovations before full commercial launch. Through French early access and compassionate access pathways, Cevidra enables companies developing promising therapies, particularly in rare diseases, oncology, hematology, immunology, infectious diseases, and advanced therapies, to treat patients with high unmet medical needs while preparing their future market entry. This model can include regulatory strategy, early access submissions, data collection, hospital implementation, distribution, pricing and reimbursement support, and transition planning toward post-marketing authorization commercialization.

Cevidra’s main differentiation lies in its responsiveness, operational flexibility, and integrated “all under one roof” model. As both a pharmaceutical exploitant and hospital distributor, Cevidra can coordinate the key activities required to make a medicine available in France, from regulatory and quality requirements to logistics, hospital supply, pharmacovigilance interface, and market access support. This structure reduces complexity for international partners and provides a single accountable French point of contact.

Cevidra combines deep knowledge of the French healthcare system with a network of European partners, enabling companies to build a pragmatic and scalable access strategy. Its independence, long-standing experience, and hands-on approach make Cevidra a trusted partner for companies looking to enter or expand in the French hospital pharmaceutical market.

Renewing breath
Restoring lives

Aceso Therapeutics is an early-stage biotech based in Montpellier, France, developing next-generation therapies for cystic fibrosis, a rare and severe lung disease. Despite current triple therapies, many patients remain ineligible or insufficiently responsive, representing a major unmet medical need and significant market opportunity.

ACT-101 is a first-in-class inhaled antisense oligonucleotide that takes an upstream approach by increasing CFTR mRNA levels, leading to higher protein production and improved CFTR function. This differentiated mechanism offers potential as both a standalone therapy and in combination with existing treatments. Preclinical data in patient-derived epithelia show a significant increase in CFTR activity, potentially reaching clinically meaningful levels, with no toxicity observed in vivo, supporting a favorable safety profile. The program is advancing under regulatory guidance toward a IND submission planned for end-2027 to initiate Phase 1 clinical trials.

Aceso is preparing €2M fundraising complete preclinical development, aiming for Phase 2 in 2031 and partnership.
