MethoCAD Site layout package : Lean construction

Streamline your construction site operations today with our innovative package enhancing safety, organization, and environmental responsibility!

Smart Path Planning for Worker Safety

Ensuring worker safety is a priority on any construction site. Our software automatically defines optimal paths for workers, minimizing risks and improving site organization.

Dynamic Traffic Management for Delivery Trucks

The movement of delivery trucks can significantly impact site traffic and pose safety concerns. Our software utilizes a dynamic envelope for turning radius calculations, enabling precise definition of unloading areas and ensuring smooth operations.

Optimized Storage Area Planning

Limited space on construction sites often leads to hazardous, improvised storage. With our software, storage areas are easily designed and integrated, enhancing site efficiency and reducing accident risks.

 Efficient Waste Management

Proper waste removal is essential for a clean and organized site. Our software facilitates seamless scheduling and management of skip removals, keeping your worksite free of unnecessary clutter.

 Pollution Control & Environmental Compliance

Construction activities often leave traces of mud, concrete laitance, and other pollutants beyond site boundaries. Our software includes a comprehensive library of graphic symbols for washing podiums, ensuring effective truck and skip cleaning measures are in place.

MéthoCAD Cranes package includes a comprehensive database of tower cranes from various manufacturers, allowing users to easily search and select the right crane for their project. The software provides invaluable support in optimizing the number, size, and positioning of cranes on-site, ensuring smooth operation and preventing interference when the cranes are free-standing.

The finalized crane layout is drawn under AutoCAD, with crane dimensions, a detailed crane list, and both top and front views for precise planning.

Mobile cranes package

MéthoCAD Mobile cranes package features a comprehensive library of mobile cranes in the three-view AutoCAD format, enabling precise simulation of tower crane assembly and disassembly—especially in complex construction site conditions.

This powerful tool assists users in selecting the appropriate crane capacity, determining optimal positioning, and planning movement across the site. Additionally, the module allows for object lifting simulations, ensuring feasibility and safety throughout the process.

Skycross 3000

The Skycross 3000 is a high-performance and long-endurance VTOL drone.

Featuring CE certification, a C6-class rating and compliance with EASA standards, it is designed to enhance mining operations through advanced aerial data collection.

Combining the efficiency of fixed-wing flight with the versatility of vertical takeoff and landing, the Skycross 3000 is ideal for surveying, surveillance, inspection, delivery and rescue operations in complex mining environments.

Bathymetry Survey

Our cutting-edge bathymetric solution combines the efficiency of an Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV) and an Aerial Drone with Echo Sounder, providing seamless hydrographic surveys for shallow and hard-to-reach water bodies. This integrated system enhances efficiency, precision and safety for bathymetric mapping of mining basins, wastewater management and environmental studies.

Aerial Technology for Mine Detection and Exploration

Innotech-drone offers advanced multi-rotor drone solutions for the mining industry:

• Drone with Magnetometer: Detects metal deposits efficiently.
• Drone with Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR): Conducts detailed geophysical surveys.
• Drone with Thermal Camera: Provides real-time surveillance to control rooms.

These innovative solutions enhance safety and operational efficiency in mining operations.

Geotag photos on MAPS: Need to find that photo you took two years ago from your phone’s gallery, the one you absolutely need to justify yourself to your client? With Kraaft, you know who took each photo, where, when, and for which project. Photos are auto-sorted by AI and stored on our servers for 10 years. Consult the map to see them appear.

Create REPORTS in one click: Are your workers on site not filling out your forms, or worse, losing them? With Kraaft, you can digitize any form. The data is stored for a minimum of 10 years on our servers with no risk of loss. Thanks to our automations, your client can, for example, automatically receive an email to be informed of progress.
