Our mission is to reconcile field & office teams, which often have a hard time communicating. Our take is to go start with what’s already the cornerstone of day-to-day field management: simple chats. And to augment those with construction-focused modules so that messages get extracted into maps, customizable reports and databases. We have 1000+ customers, 20k+ active users in Europe & North America. Our first focus is utility & infrastructure sub-contractors, and we’re starting to expand in the vertical building segment.
In construction, info is often dispersed and hard to get. Especially in the utility & infrastructure trades, where superintendents manage widely spaced projects. Field & office teams often don’t communicate well: their culture is different, their daily reality is different. Field teams need simplicity & action, they prefer SMS/Mail/Call. Office teams need reporting and dashboards, they work on Excel/Word/ProCore-like tools. Kraaft bridges this gap with a unique chat-based approach.

With Kraaft, you know who took each photo, where, when, and for which project. Photos are auto-sorted by AI and stored on our servers for 10 years. Consult the map to see them appear.
Create REPORTS in one click: Are your workers on site not filling out your forms, or worse, losing them? With Kraaft, you can digitize any form. The data is stored for a minimum of 10 years on our servers with no risk of loss. Thanks to our automations, your client can, for example, automatically receive an email to be informed of progress.
