The company MOV’NTEC, based near Lille in north of France since 2004, is a supplier of assemblies or sub-assemblies for Mobility, Industry and Energy.
With 20 years of experience in electronics and manufacturing, we provide customized solutions: power converters, Power Distribution Unit, battery pack and drivetrain in particular. We are also specialists in electromechanical assemblies, providing a complete solution, assembled and tested, ready for integration into your machine.
We support industrial projects from prototype to delivery, ensuring a complete chain of services: co-design, prototyping, industrialization, supply management, assembly or production with customization, testing, storage, packaging and delivery to you or your end customer, spare parts management and after-sales service. With today a workforce of 130 people, the site continues to develop its activities to be one of the key players in mobility by 2035.

In collaboration with CirculaCar, a Lyon-based start-up, we assemble a range of modular batteries adaptable to any type of vehicle. They’re connected, so you can access plenty of data relating to the battery and vehicle in real time. We are proud to collaborate with partners who share a common mission: promoting clean and sustainable mobility.

In collaboration with SWOOP Energy, a Lille-based start-up, we co-develop and assemble a sustainable electrical power system with the reuse of electric vehicle batteries. It’s completely silent, ultra-compact and mobile power system, designed for remote locations. Capable of providing up to 5 kW of nominal power and having 6 kWh of battery capacity.

We assemble all the elements of the drivetrain in the Hauts de France: starting from the LiFePO4 battery, its charger and DC/DC converter, the BMS, inverter drive, to the 48V electric traction motor without rare earths.

Batconnect’s ambition is to reduce the total cost of ownership of a light electric vehicle battery by at least 40%.

Our batteries have been designed so that they can be adapted to all types of light vehicles, whatever the use, golf, camping, industrial site, hospitality sector…
A choice between two different power packs allows you to benefit from an equipment that is perfectly suitable to your uses, whether they are intensive or moderate.

Lithium batteries are slowly but assertively gaining ground in the nautical industry. They have a much longer lifespan, are less cumbersome and lighter.
We use the safest lithium-ion chemistry (LiFePO4) in terms of thermal runaway and when needed,
we can also incorporate cooling or heating systems.

Your GSE vehicles require specific attention to safety as well as reliability and availability.Our systems’ (two battery packs with different autonomy) self-diagnosis and predictive maintenance ensure great technical reliability and optimized management of your vehicle fleet.

Mobile robotics often require great autonomy, fast recharging and adaptation to receptacles of different sizes and constraints. Our integrated design and technical team strives at coming up with the most optimized and suitable solution by developing specific equipment based on specification.
