about us :

MaDfly – Marine Drone Services – offers services by Unmanned Vehicle Systems (UVS) to meet the access constraints of the maritime, onshore and offshore environment. We bring the value of the drone for inspection, as well as all the interventions facilitated by this tool, indoor, outdoor and underwater.

Inspection and maintenance of confined spaces and those with limited access (height or other) or underwater is a challenge. With its maritime and industrial experience, MaDfly selects the best innovations to make these dangerous areas accessible in a safer and more efficient way. The human risk, the downtime and the overall cost are reduced.

Using drones during Class survey enable to do it quicker, safer, with a better quality at a lower cost. We can now do with drones: visual inspection, thickness measurement, 3D modeling, … in cargo holds, ballast tank or underwater.

Using a drone is essential to define the dry dock scope of work. It allows to explore during the operations the structure and hull to identifies potential issues as corrosion, cracks and coating issues, enabling precise repair planning and reducing downtime and maintenance costs.

Biofouling inspection is becoming mandatory for ecological reasons. The ROV allows precise zone-by zone inspection of a vessel’s hull for biofouling and coating inspection. ROV can also be used for inspection before resale, ensuring a detailed assessment of its structural condition. In any case, the ROV inspection can be live streamed any where.

OUR EXPERTISE:

MaDfly – Marine Drone Services – offers services by Unmanned Vehicle Systems (UVS) to meet the access constraints of the maritime, onshore and offshore environment. We bring the value of the drone for inspection, as well as all the interventions facilitated by this tool, indoor, outdoor and underwater.

Key Services:
Visual Inspections Confined Space :
MaDfly using Drones to inspect confined spaces hazardous to humans. This enhances safety by reducing the risk of accidents and allows for quicker and more efficient inspections. Using drones in these spaces replaces expensive and time-consuming traditional methods requiring specialized equipment.

Underwater Inspections:
ROVs are used to descend up to 100 meters. allowing to make dynamic test and inspection in open water.
This method avoids risks for divers, is faster, and cheaper. For bio-fouling reports and boat sales, we can inspect the hull for damage before the vessel arrives in dry dock. We broadcast the inspections live and stream them worldwide, with 4K photos and videos.

Thickness Measurements:
MaDfly offers thickness measurements of structures, complementing visual inspections in confined spaces. Thanks to partnerships with technology developers, these measurements can be performed at heights or in difficult-to-access environments, improving inspection efficiency and safety.

3D Modeling:
Drone-based 3D modeling involves recreating structures or objects in a digital 3D format from photos or LIDAR. This highly accurate virtual copy is used in various sectors for detailed analyses and planning. MaDfly offers drone-based 3D modeling services specifically tailored to the maritime industry. These 3D models are essential for optimizing future maintenance and ensuring the quality of work performed.

These services enable MaDfly to effectively meet the needs of various industrial sectors, providing innovative, safe, and cost-effective inspection solutions.
