EasylZinc determines the process of manufacturing these materials as well as the ideal proportions and how they are mixed, for each type of anode. Our expertise come from more than 10 year of R&D. We organize in cooperation with our customers, long -term tests that are essential to optimize anode composition destined for each type of battery and type of application.
Innovative process developed by EasylZinc allow to produce active raw materials and additives in a much more sustainable way than traditional chemistry. The impact on the environment of our products is up to 10 times less than using traditional process.
Our formula of zinc anodes increases the performance of zinc rechargeable alkaline batteries, especially by extending the shelf life and recharge cycles.

Active Materials for Batteries
EASYL has a unique methodology that uses green chemistry to elaborate composites with calcium zincate as a main ingredient. This active material is well-known by the scientific community but has never been industrialized before.

Additive for Batteries 
As well as active material synthesis, EasylZinc develops green chemistry processes to produce additives for Zinc rechargeable batteries. In addition to the calcium zincate as active materials, those additives allow to the batteries reaching a longer cycle life.
