EZYMOB

#Independence #Inclusion #Mobility

about us

For over five years, Ezymob has been working in the mobility sector to help people with disabilities regain greater independence when travelling by developing 100 per cent digital solutions.

In Europe, nearly 100 million people are affected by some form of disability. Worldwide, the figure stands at nearly 1.3 billion.

Getting around can sometimes be challenging: finding your way, understanding information, finding your bearings in an unfamiliar place, or simply knowing which direction to take.

Ezymob is an inclusive mobility app designed to support everyone in their journeys, tailored to their specific needs, whatever they may be.

When opening the app, users can select a profile suited to their situation. The interface and features can therefore be adapted to the needs of people with visual impairments, cognitive or mental disabilities, physical disabilities or reduced mobility, as well as older people or anyone wishing to enjoy a simpler experience.

In particular, Ezymob enables users to plan a journey, view useful information and receive guidance along the way. Depending on the region and the facilities available, the app also offers navigation features, assistance in locating facilities (vehicle doors, available seats) and access to information on accessibility.

The aim is simple: to enable everyone to understand their surroundings better, to get about with greater peace of mind and to become more independent.

about us

Voltalis: Automation and Data Energy management for Buildings and Cities

Voltalis is a European leader in automated demand response, helping residential and commercial buildings optimise electricity consumption while supporting a more stable, secure and low-carbon power system. Buildings account for 40% of final energy consumption and remain a major untapped source of flexibility as heating, cooling, EVs and solar power become increasingly electrified.

Its technology connects and controls millions of electrical devices. When demand rises or renewable generation falls, Voltalis temporarily reduces consumption instead of relying on additional fossil-fuel generation. These adjustments are aggregated into a large-scale virtual power plant, providing flexibility to the grid, lowering system costs and facilitating renewable energy integration—without compromising users’ comfort.

Since 2006, Voltalis has built a strong European platform: 80% EU market share, operations in ten countries, over 250 employees, 35 patents and around €270 million of project finance raised in 2023 and 2024. Its network includes approximately 1,7 million connected devices across 300,000 sites, representing a 2 GW virtual power plant, with a target of over 20 GW by 2030.

OUR innovation

Most cities are still managing public spaces blindly, reacting to congestion, overcrowding, and parking chaos after the fact. VizioSense changes that.

We design and produce our own AI-powered camera systems, purpose-built for urban environments. Our solutions, VizioPark, VizioCount, and VizioCrowd, give city operators instant visibility over parking occupancy, pedestrian flows, and crowd density, processed at the edge and delivered through intuitive SaaS dashboards.

What sets us apart is that our hardware and AI are developed together, ensuring optimal performance from sensor to insight. Our technology is also privacy-by-design, processing visual data locally without storing or transmitting any personal information, making it fully GDPR-compliant and deployable in even the most sensitive public spaces.

The result is a city that anticipates, adapts, and responds in real time, not hours later.

#SmartCity #GDPR #Data

about us

Cities are asked to do more with less. Budgets tighten, expectations rise, and every decision has to be justified. Yet decisions about public space still often rely on estimates: an outdated traffic count, parking occupancy nobody has measured, a nuisance reported but never quantified.

Upciti replaces those estimates with accurate and reliable data. Its GDPR-compliant SaaS solution gives cities and local authorities the real-time urban data they need to optimize operations, allocate resources, and make better-informed decisions.

Designed and manufactured in France, Upciti’s smart sensors measure parking availability, mobility patterns and noise levels, and detect illegal dumping — with a single unit covering use cases that would otherwise require several devices. Mounted on existing lighting poles in less than an hour, with no civil works or dedicated cabling, they can be operational within 48 hours and updated remotely thereafter.

Data is processed locally on the device: nothing is recorded or transmitted, faces cannot be recognized due to the deliberately limited optical resolution, and no license plate can be read. Privacy is therefore built into the technology by design, making GDPR compliance a native feature rather than an afterthought.

All data is unified within UpcitiOS, an open and interoperable cloud platform that can also integrate existing city data, from energy consumption to traffic flow. Mapping, analytics and decision-support tools turn this information into action, giving departments a shared, real-time view of their city through a single interface.

Now deployed in more than 130 cities across 20 countries, Upciti puts actionable data at the heart of public decision-making.

One sensor, several uses

Measure what actually happens in the street with a single device. Upciti’s sensor simultaneously measures parking availability, vehicle and pedestrian flows, illegal dumping and ambient noise (dB). One unit can therefore replace several single-purpose devices.

Installed on existing lighting poles in less than an hour, it requires no civil works or dedicated cabling. New on-site configurations and use cases can then be adjusted remotely, without any further physical intervention.

Designed and manufactured in France, Upciti sensors are operational within 48 hours of installation.

On platform to turn data into action

Turn urban data into action. UpcitiOS centralizes data from Upciti sensors, existing city systems, and other third-party sources (from energy consumption to traffic flow), then makes it accessible and actionable across all municipal departments.

A dynamic map provides a real-time view of the city. Analytics dashboards track key metrics and measure the impact of decisions over time. Custom alerts notify teams within 30 seconds when predefined thresholds are crossed, while a conversational agent lets users explore their data and get answers in plain language.

Also available as a mobile app, UpcitiOS enables field teams to be more responsive and autonomous in managing their daily tasks.

One action, multiple benefits

Upciti data is fully interoperable, allowing cities to integrate it into existing systems and turn real-time data into concrete services that improve everyday urban life.

In Paris’ 17th district, for example, data from Upciti sensors enables drivers to be guided in real time to the available parking space closest to their destination. The result is a smoother and fairer parking experience for residents and visitors, while reducing unnecessary traffic, CO₂ emissions and noise pollution.

One practical use case can therefore generate multiple benefits at once: better public services, improved quality of life, lower environmental impact and greater operational efficiency for the city.

TALLANO TECHNOLOGIES

TALLANO TECHNOLOGIES

#IoT #Connectivity #DataPlatforms

about us

Fine particles (PM10 and PM2.5) are the 2nd leading source of air pollution in cities and the 7th leading risk factor for death worldwide, causing about 240,000 premature deaths per year in Europe. Air quality becomes consequently a health public issue, thus a major challenge for cities.

Road and rail transport represent, as a matter of fact, a significant source of fine particle emissions in urban areas, estimated at ~30%. In cities, heavy vehicles (such as garbage trucks, refrigerated trucks, buses, etc.) emit more fine particles than average due to their frequent braking and heavy weight.

Particulate matter from brakes contains carbon and heavy metals, making them harmful to health (carcinogenic).

Tallano Technologies, a French Cleantech company, with the partnership of key players like IVECO, has made it its mission to reduce this pollution type with TAMIC®. The innovation is available both for first equipment installation and retrofitting.

Tallano’s TAMIC® technology is an active solution vacuuming at source fine particles from brake pads and discs. The system operates in four stages to prevent the dispersion and inhalation of this pollution:

  • suction (enabled by a groove in the brake pad),
  • particle retention and capture,
  • filtration,
  • recycling.

Protected by a portfolio of more than 50 patents across 11 countries, the technology captures over 70% of the pollution generated by the friction between brake pads and discs.

TAMIC® offers consequently a tangible solution to reduce pollution peaks in urban areas, and help cities to meet the objectives of the EU2024/2881 directive. It will help also trucks & bus manufacturers to comply with the future Euro 7 standard.

That is why Tallano Technologies partners successfully with key players in the heavy duty and railway industries, such as IVECO, SNCF, Ville de Paris, etc. to deploy easily and safely the TAMIC® technology on vehicles, without impacting the vehicles’ performances.

TAMIC® captures the fine particles generated by braking systems, at source, preventing the dissemination of particles in the air. At least 70% of fine and ultra-fine particles emitted are captured.

TAMIC® is available for heavy-duty vehicles such as buses, garbage trucks, last miles, as well as for railway applications.

TAMIC® is distinguished by its universal character. It is a plug and play solution, available both as a retrofit and as original equipment solution.

OUR ECO-RESPONSIBLE COMMITMENTS

TAMIC reduces by more than 70% of the brake emission of fine particles and contributes this way to improve air quality and biodiversity care.

Tallano & TAMIC awarded at last Pollutec show in Lyon and labelled Solar Impulse in France.

Tallano will start a life cycle analysis at the end of this year, to be completed mid of 2027.

Tallano actively works with major recycling companies to find a recycling solution for the polluting dust captured in filters in a circular economy approach.
