Altrans Energies is developing a patent-driven solutions for on-line and global monitoring of transient phenomena in every electrical power networks, especially the undergrounds ones. The objective is to identify the early warning indicators of weaknesses in power grids that would conduct, sooner or later, to power failures and outages.

The innovation consists of several units of transient signal sensors placed on the network and which allow the automatic synchronization-free localization of further faults by exploiting the signal deformation due to propagation (TRANSLOCATOR© technology).

A quantum – inspired artificial intelligence module is implemented at the central data level for the classification of fault sources and to extend the diagnosis by the classification of faults. The software and the AI-driven early detections are the heart of our innovation.

Our core products 

Translocator technology allows the continuous and real-time surveillance of a power grid starting from the distributed sensing of transient phenomena (partial discharge, electrical arcs,…) to the global AI-based data analysis.

The information provided to our customers (power Distribution System Operators – DSO) is a real-time and continuous evolution of the grid weaknesses. The KPIs are the type of weakness (corona effect, partial discharges,…), their localization and the risk level.

ALTRANS Energies’s technology allows the global and automatic surveillance of a power grid thanks to the local sensing and advanced artificial intelligence approach. Proven in numerous real configurations world-wide (France, China, Romania, Canada,…), ALTRANS Energies’s technology becomes a very useful tool to optimize the predictive maintenance of HV/MV/LV power grids

The new mission of the company is to develop bio-sourced products for the construction. A new bio-sourced product named ABSOLIN was developed. Made in France from linseed powder, this water-based coating, applied to all types of surfaces (walls and floors, new or old), improves the sound and heat protection of interior spaces and binds ambient formaldehydes.

In 2006, François Cochet and Laurent Noca, founders of CCB GREENTECH, decided to develop a construction solution that would be suited to climate change and have a low environmental impact.
After years of R&D and more than sixty projects, the TimberRoc® wood-based concrete was born. This biosourced concrete can be used to make load-bearing or non-load-bearing walls and floors for all types of building, up to R+10, in seismicity zones 1 to 4. A number of construction principles have been developed with technical documents and certifications, and are available from licensed prefabrication partners.
The special feature of the wood-based concrete is that it has a negative carbon footprint, while allowing structural construction. In addition to this unique advantage, it has remarkable technical properties: very high inertia (guaranteed summer comfort), remarkable sound absorption, fire resistance…
The biosourced raw material used in the formulation of the TimberRoc® wood-based concrete is a high-quality wood aggregate with the Bois de France label, produced from pulpwood (not usable as timber) sourced mainly from PEFC-certified French forestry operators, i.e. those who manage their forests sustainably.
Established in 2021 in Beaurepaire (Isere), on a former industrial wasteland, CCB Greentech has two plants: a wood aggregate production plant and an R&D pilot plant.

In the fight against climate change, space provides today data to monitor climate. Satellites allow scientists to observe the planet continuously and provide a range of geo-referenced environmental data at different scales (global, regional, local).

Space data is now a source of business for many companies. Since the establishment of the Copernicus program, which makes Earth Observation data available free of charge, a lot of private players have been able to transform the raw data produced by satellites into decision-making services useful for many application sectors such as the ecological transition.

Satellites have the advantage of providing recurring, global and time-monitored data that can be hybridized with complementary data (in-situ, IoT, socio-economic, …). This data fusion is facilitated by AI and Big Data technologies that make it possible to massively process this data and develop a multitude of operational services to support the climate action of public and private decision-makers at different stages: diagnosis, monitoring or assessment.

The areas of services are huge: resources (water, energy) management, urban planning, coastline, air quality, GHG emissions, natural risks (flood, drought, fire, storm, …), climate change, light pollution, infrastructures monitoring etc. and concern both the public sector (development and monitoring of public policies).
