  • Traditional programming by type weld management
  • IMITE® programming (I Memorize It Then Execute) the only solution available on the market, which allows the robot’s trajectory to be learned by register the first welded part.

Donze manufactures torches, nozzles and more generally equipment linked to the flame, exclusively for the steel industry.
 
Our torches and nozzles are widely used by the steel industry in continuous casting machines, as well as in slab and scrap yards.

Products :

Donze designs and manufactures all the equipment from gas panel to nozzles, including torches, safety equipment and hoses for machine and manual cutting and scarfing.

Our cutting-edge specific nozzle design allows to minimize the consumption & the cutting kerf while optimize the cutting quality and the safety.

Services :

Our design office and state of the art manufacturing machines, associated with our team of experts with an average seniority of over 20 years allows us to provide specific custom designs, fast and mastered manufacturing, individual quality testing of each product, complete refurbishing, and on site installation, maintenance and support to our customers.

Machines & Realizations :

In collaboration with our group Edw. C. Levy, we are able to design, manufacture, install and run complex machines as the numerous ones we have built : Burless cutting tables, Scarfing robots, Slitting tables, Scrap cutting machines…

TITANIUM guarantees unparalleled welding quality and productivity in AC & DC-TIG and features the world premiere Wizard mode. This tacking/welding mode was developed by GYS engineers. With or without filler metal, it ensures a tacking in less than one second (also available for steel, stainless steel, aluminum & copper), which makes it accessible to everyone.

NEOMIG

The NEOMIG-i are 3-phase machines, designed for intensive use and industrial applications, also in difficult environments (IP23). With a duty cycle of 100% at 400A (400G) and 21 synergies integrated, they feature extremely precise arc control, outstanding welding performance, and a built-in traceability function.

NEOCUT

Offering high-capacity manual or mechanised cutting, the NEOCUT range is the ideal solution for industrial environments. Their 100% duty cycle up to 125A allows them to cut parts up to 57 mm thick. Boasting automatic air-pressure management, they offer an excellent cutting quality over the consumables’ entire service life.
