about us :

SAAM Industries is located in the Auvergne region of central France.
Our teams are spread over two production sites just a few kilometers apart.
We manufacture plastic parts in series for our 250 customers.
We have 6 rotational molding machines and a finishing robot, enabling us to produce high-precision parts with technical cut-outs.
 
Do you have a plastic parts project?
Send us your plans and models, and our design office will check the feasibility of the part and submit a quotation to manufacture the mold within a few weeks. As soon as we receive the mold, we can launch the industrialization of your parts, and even manage your stocks for direct delivery to your end customer.

Our machines enable us to produce large parts.

Our finishing robot ensures high-precision cutting.

    BG Plastic is a supplier of semi-finished and finished products, located in the east of Lyon, France. Our expertise lies in our knowledge of engineering plastics and our ability to work with them.
     
    We specialize in the injection molding of flame-retardant polyamides, as our historical and main partner is the electrical conglomerate ABB. In parallel, we also inject products for the household, especially glassware, in PP, PETG or SAN. Our workshop is composed of 17 new injection molding machines ranging from 55 up to 480 T, which allows us flexibility and a fast response time.
     
    Since its creation in 2000, BG PLASTIC hasn’t stopped growing as a company and as a partner. We have been trusted with more than 2, 000 projects by our clients, and we are still trying to better ourselves to suit their needs.

    Our first package was created to follow you in the creation of a new product from the design of the part to the first production. Our expertise in injection moulding allows us to make sure that both part and mould will be up to the standard you need them to be and will be delivered turnkey to you.

    Our second package exist to bring back to life your current mould. Whatever wear, damage or even design flaw it may have, we will be able to reshape it into a working tool.

    Our third package concerns the production of your parts. We can accommodate both medium and large productions of technical parts or simpler ones. We ensure constant quality for our partners as well as a fast response time.
