#Textil #Reinforced #Recycled #Polyolefin #Polyamide #Compound

about us :

MAPEA has acquired expertise in the compatibilization of polymers and in reactive extrusion enabling  to offer validated solutions on a semi-industrial scale to recover end-of-life textiles.

MAPEA creates and produces granules for the plastics industry from textile blends:polyamide/polyurethane (PA/TPU), polyester/ polyurethane (PET/TPU), PET/PA and PA/PET/TPU or polyester/cotton. The targeted markets are primarily those of sports and leisure and BtoB before addressing the building, electrical and automotive products.

Our materials enables you to reduce your dependence on products of fossil origin, Regionalize your supplies (security) and globally and significantly reduce your carbon footprint.

Produit : REGAFIB

The performance of REGAFIB classifies it between FV-filled PPs and Talc-filled PPs.

They incorporate 30 to 95% recycled materials, reducing the C02 impact by 50 to 70% compared to virgin material.

With a density of 1, parts molded in REGAFIB have a weight reduction of 30% compared to a classic PP/30%FV solution.

The abrasive wear of the VF of the tools also disappears leading to an increase in the life of the molds

Productivity

reduced environmental impact

lightening of parts

Service : TEXTIL DENSIFICATION

we are able to offer textile preparation services (shredding and densification) in the recycling chain.

We are able to process elastic materials and obtain apparent densities between 0.3 and 0.5 Kg/liter

#Compostable #Recycled #Biosourced #Calciumcarbonate #Engineeringmineraladditives

about us :

CABAMIX has been producing mineral compounds for the plastic industry for 10 years.
Aware of the importance of the role of raw material suppliers in the development of eco-design, its founder and general manager, Arnaud CLAUDE, developed new formulations that are more beneficial to the environment and that meet the expectations of plastics converters: process optimization, finished product performance, biosourced content, recycled content and the possibility of reducing formulation costs.
CABAMIX’s philosophy: promoting innovations in the bioplastic market for a sustainable future.
The commitment for 2024 is to use only compostable, biosourced orrecycled materials in 100% of the products manufactured.
The manufacturer of Carbomax®Bio and Carbomax®Phoenix is headquartered in Cabannes (Southern France).
CABAMIX is part of the JM Polymers group with an overall production capacity of 70 000 tonnes at two production sites (Cabannes and Saint Romain Lachalm, France) and 40 employees generating a turnover of more than 40 million euros with an ambitious investment plan for 2023 of more than 4 million euros.

Carbomax®Biois a mineral masterbatch which is mixed with compostable bioplastics, certified by TÜV Austria OK compost Home, OK compost Industrial or OK biodegradable Soil.  For film extrusion, injection moulding, thermoforming and 3D Printing filaments. Examples of applications: compostable flexible bags, organic waste bags, mulch film for agriculture, coffee capsules… .

Carbomax®Phoenixis the newest innovation that will increase the recycled content of your products. It is made of 100% recycled mineral fillers and 100% recycled polymers certified EuCertPlast such as LDPE, LLDPE or PP from PCR, PIR or from chemical recycling. Carbomax®Phoenixiscertified by RecyClass. For film extrusion and injection moulding.

#Recycling #Rawmaterials #Circulareconomy #Sustainability #Postconsumerplastic #Wastemanagement

about us :

For over 10 years, we have been at the heart of the plastics industry’s eco-responsible transition, giving a second life to post-consumer and post-industrial waste. Located in the heart of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, in Yssingeaux, we collect, recycle, qualify and reintegrate plastics in ever-greater proportions into the circular economy. We process more than 12,000 tonnes of plastic a year, with a target of 20,000 tonnes in the coming years.

SEDEM offers you a global solution that is monitored and qualified, with incoming and outgoing materials controlled by our integrated laboratory. Our ISO9001 and EuCertPlast certifications characterise the operations and professionalism of our business.

SEDEM collected plastics wastes post-consumer and post-industrial. We process all types of thermoplastics : PP, PE, ABS, PC … but also more technical waste in wich form : regind, compound, purges or also bulk.

Our collection methods are adapted to your needs : wire mesh, containers or bales.

Our core business : palstic waste recycling and recovery :

Recycled raw materials whose properties are perfectly in line with the requirements of your specifications, with characteristics that are increasingly similar to those of virgin material.

Recycled materials sales :

With a regularity of volumes and qualities. Wa have a big logistic capacity with up to 600T in our plant, in BigBag, bags, bulk. Morevover, we are in a strategic geographical location, in the heart of the AURA region.

#Bioplastic #Compound #Biopolymer #Biobased #Biodegradable #Coproduct

about us :

NaturePlast [FRANCE] is specialized in bioplastics materials with more than 16 years of experience.
The company is supporting manufacturers and contractors who wish to develop products from bioplastics materials (biobased and/or biodegradable).

3 areas of expertise:

– Supplier of bioplastics, producer of compound and biocomposite
– Service (training/technico-economical study/project engineering)
– R&D (customized formulation/characterization)

NaturePlast has the largest range of bioplastics in Europe, with almost all references available (PLA/PHA/TPS/PBS/BioPET/Bio PA…).

Regardless from classic development based on plant fibers such as: wood, miscanthus, hemp… NaturePlast develop a whole range of new biocomposite made from co-products (food and industrial).
Therefore, since a few years the company is developing new bioplastics based on fruit and vegetable pulp, kernel powder (olive), leather waste, algae from French coasts, seashell powder…

This interest came, on one hand, from a wish of industrials to find new ways of valorization of their co-products, and on the other hand, by their choosing of non-noble raw materials instead of agricultural resources competing with human food.
