JM Polymers offers some additives Masterbatches in order to facilitate processing of polymers and enhance performances of finished products : Processing aids, UV stabilizer, Anti blocking agent.

GRANUPLAST recycles HDPE and PP plastics from Post-Consumer and Post-Industrial wastes.  Our recycling unit, fully automated, is equipped with a washing line including 5 sorting systems and 3 granulation extruders.  This first line regenerate 20,000 tons of wastes per year.  Our triboelectricity sorting system allows a fine separation between HDPE and PP.  We are reaching a level of purity close to the virgin resin.  Our Mechanic Laboratory analyses each batch manufactured to ensure we meet all the time our high-quality standards.  Our expertise allows us to do fine tuning on the granulation step in order to manufacture specific products that reach our customers’ needs on demand.  Our high-quality r-HDPE is perfect for blowing or extrusion whereas our high-quality r-PP will meet all needs of injectors.

Our standards r-HDPE and r-PP are manufactured from plastic wastes which have been packaging before becoming trashes.  We call it Post-Consumer wastes.  Our raw material has been collected in France only, ensuring a consistent quality of our final product.

Our standard r-HDPE and r-PP are high-quality products thanks to the reliability of our sources of supplies and thanks to all quality checks performed internally with our mechanical laboratory.  Each batch is fully tested.  Our triboelectricity sorting system able us to manufacture a product close to the virgin resin.

We also supply the sorted flakes that we use to manufacture our high-quality pellets.  Our flakes have been washed, sorted (including with our triboelectric system) and are ready to be used in extruders.
