GEPS Techno is a engineering services provider, enabling companies to outsource their research and test their innovations at sea, directly on our platforms. With over 10 years’ expertise in marine innovations, GEPS Techno is involved in a number of promising markets for the future: scientific research, maritime defense, CCS, etc.
We support organizations in the development of their innovations, from the development phase through to testing in real-life conditions.
META and SUBSEA 7 have relied on GEPS Techno for several years to co-design solutions, outsourcing their R&D to GEPS Techno. Together, we are making progress towards technical solutions that have been tested and will soon be available on the market.
Lhyfe, 1st hydrogen producer in France, has achieved its first phases of hydrogen production at sea, thanks to GEPS Techno’s #Wavegem platform. Lhyfe’s « SealLhyfe » project was made possible by the installation of a hydrogen production unit on the WaveGem platform, to confirm the feasibility of offshore hydrogen production.
GEPS Techno is part of an Innovation Lab approach, making its teams of experts, platforms, and technology building blocks (wave energy, stabiliser, etc.) available to support the innovations of players in the maritime world.
