SEG DIELECTRIQUES has the possibility to slit insulation materials from 7 mm to 1560 mm. As we are involved in high-performance projects from B Class to H+ class insulations, we can slit with a very low tolerance depending on our customers requirements.

Our machines have the capacity to cut through thick laminates such as DMMD/ DMD/ NMN/ Glass Fiber Laminates and much more thin and sensitive materials such as Polyimide, PEEK, Pre-Impregnated Laminates, Pre-Impregnated Glass Fiber and more.

SEG DIELECTRIQUES is proud to be a formulator in addition to a laminator. That means we are producing our own resins to impregnate and saturate our insulation materials. But we also design, formulate and produce resins to support our customers in encapsulating, sealing and improving properties of their products. As we formulate our materials, we can work on resins and varnishes with different purposes: anti-flash, auto-extinguible, thermoconductive, electrical insulation/conduction and much more.
