about us :

LA-CO Industries Europe is a family-owned global manufacturing company specializing in industrial hand-held markers, plumbing chemicals, and temperature indication tools.

Our focus on quality ensures that every product we design and manufacture meets the highest standards, delivering reliable performance for our customers’ unique needs.

We strive to meet the diverse requirements of various industries, ranging from railway, manufacturing and construction to aerospace and automotive. As a leading provider of industrial marking solutions, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers worldwide.

With a proud heritage spanning four trusted brands – Markal, LA-CO, Tempil, and All-Weather – we serve distributors in over 60 countries.

Security Check Paint Marker provides a convenient visual method for identification of vibratory loosening or tampering in nuts, bolts, fasteners, and assemblies. High visibility paint mark becomes a hard film that breaks easily. Ideal for quality control and warranty work. Safe on most surfaces, adheres perfectly to metal. Doesn’t contain Xylene.

Markal® Stylmark® is a metal-ball tip marker for marking most surfaces. The aluminum squeeze tube and thick paint makes it suitable for rough, vertical and overhead surfaces with excellent adhesion on oily and wet surfaces. Xylene-free paint reduces user health risks.

PAINT-RITER® Industry Marker SL.100 is a xylene-free, low-odor fast-drying liquid paint marker that provides long-lasting marks for almost any surface. The 15 opaque, bright colors are weather- and UV-resistant for excellent mark identification.

OUR ECO-RESPONSIBLE COMMITMENTS :

Extract of the LA-CO Industries Europe CSR Charter :
At LA-CO Industries Europe, the majority of our plastic and polystyrene packaging has been replaced with cardboard packaging. We also pay attention to current legislation to promote the recycling of waste generated by our products, encouraging sorting and recycling through appropriate pictograms to inform the consumer.
We are equipped with a cardboard shredder, enabling us to transform cardboard waste into an integral material for our production flow: the filler for shipping boxes. This approach helps us bypass the need to procure, manufacture, transport, and handle an alternative filler, such as vermiculite, which remains extensively utilized in the paint industry despite its problematic production and recycling processes.
At La-Co Industries, we moved from using dangerous solvents like xylene, reducing user health risks.

This product is offered as an off-the-shelf solution but can be customized for specific customer needs.

The Compact desk simulator offers the customer a driving console with a smaller footprint that still delivers a realistic driving experience for the trainee. The Compact Desk Simulator consists of:

  • Real instruments spread across 2 interchangeable decks;
  • Virtual instruments reproduced on  touch screens;
  • Larger screens, showing a 3D view of the track.

The smart, compact and functional design of the simulator console allows all of the technical components to be housed internally. This reduces the footprint of the simulator and minimizes connection interfaces to power supply and control networks.

The Compact Desk Simulator is designed to be easily transportable in a flight case that can also be supplied. It will fit through a standard 80cm door and can be delivered with either fixed feet or castors. A fully-adjustable driver’s seat is also supplied allowing the trainee to drive in an ergonomically sound and comfortable manner.

Options: interchangeable control panels to simulate various train models, transportable (flight case), wraparound vision

The replica simulator will benefit from a state-of-the-art ergonomic design that is robust, modular, durable, scalable.

The replica simulator station consists of the following main elements:

  • An integrated driving console
  • 1 large plate with actuators, button and lever;
  • 4 touch screens;
  • A 3D view display system.

It can include a motion platform or seat to add immersion to the system.

CLEARSY – Safety Solutions Designer

CLEARSY – Safety Solutions Designer
Hall 27 – Booth 301

#Safety #System #Software #Engineering #Relay #Signaling

about us :

CLEARSY is a French company with 160 employees, whose core expertise is the design and production of certified safety systems and software.

CLEARSY is the leader in the use of the formal B method based on mathematical proof; it publishes the reference tool ATELIER B, used in particular by major industrial companies for the development of automated systems for trains and metros, with or without drivers.

The use of the formal B method is a decisive asset in meeting the highest safety standards. This is the method used by CLEARSY in the development of certified safety systems. Many safety-critical systems designed by CLEARSY are now in operation in France and abroad, and its simulation tools and test benches are used by leading operators and
laboratories.

A wide range of products are available: safety hardware and software platform (computer), formal validation tool for critical data, safety system supervisor and interface, complete range of SIL4 safety relays: RS4, SIL4 system for opening platform screen doors, automatic train stop, DMI, etc.

The ERTMS unit includes a wide range of simulators, and a set of test benches for on-board and ground systems.

CLEARSY is active in the railway, defence, transport, and energy sectors, for which we are a EDF trusted technical third party for classified control systems.

CLEARSY comprises 4 sites: AIX, LYON, PARIS, STRASBOURG.

CLEARSY develops a range of safety relays for interfacing with railway systems, including on-board systems. These relays interface with SIL2, SIL3 and SIL4 safety PLCs according to EN50129, and some are intrinsically safe and perform their own contact monitoring. Safety relays are also used in relay interlockings.

CLEARSY offers its knowledge and skills to its customers in many different areas of
expertise, to provide them with optimal solutions to ensure the reliability of their systems. Covering different activities, CLEARSY’s services consist of modelling (with formal methods), developing, validating, approving or certifying their systems and software.

CLEARSY has designed the CLEARSY Safety Platform: a SIL4 certified single-board and a failsafe computer (per EN 50126, EN50128 and EN50129 definition). The end-user can now focus only on designing his custom business system/application, saving the complexity and costs associated with the design and certification of processor safety software layers.
