about us :

ARTELIA has been a major player in engineering, transport and project management for over 50 years. With 8,900 employees, Artelia is a benchmark player in Europe, with sales of €982 million in 2023 and a presence in over 40 countries in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and the Americas. Artelia is 100% owned by its managers and employees.
Combining strong skills in mobility, water, energy, building and industrial engineering, Artelia offers a complete range of services, from expertise to the delivery of complex projects: consulting, studies and master plans, project management, design and implementation project management, asset management and global contracts.
Artelia carries out its missions in nine fields of activity: transport, cities, environment, water, energy, building, multi-sites, industry and maritime.
ARTELIA provides engineering and project management services for urban and inter-urban transport systems (metros, tramways, BHNS, buses, trains, high-speed lines, etc.), their infrastructures (bridges, viaducts, tunnels, etc.) and associated information systems.
ARTELIA is also involved in rail projects and complex structures, while providing complete project management. Our design and construction teams have the qualifications and authorizations required to work on the tracks we operate, covering all technical fields.

AMO LNPCA – Nouvelle Provence Côte d’Azur Line :

Assistance to SNCF-R for the preparation of the study file for the public utility inquiry: strategic and regulatory assistance, management of technical studies, preparation of consultation files, ministerial file, impact study, DEUP file, technical studies for subsequent phases, preparation of the operation program.

Creation of an SMR in Montigny les Metz :

By 2024, SNCF Voyageurs will be receiving 41 TER electric trainsets for the Metz-Luxembourg line (TER Grand Est), necessitating adaptation of the production and maintenance equipment for level 1 to 3 trainsets.
The project involves the creation of a complete storage and maintenance site:
– A 4-track workshop
– A pit jack
– A technical washing and detagging lane
– A washing machine
– A bundle of 10 track storage lanes on an embankment
– All associated rail infrastructure (signalling, catenaries, track, retaining walls)
– Integration of industrial equipment and tooling

TELT – Tunnel Lyon -Turin :

With a length of 57.5 km between Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne in Savoie and Susa in the Italian Piedmont (i.e. 45 km in France and 12.5 km in Italy), the tunnel will consist of two single-track tubes, offering users optimal conditions of fluidity, reliability and safety, thanks to a high-capacity intermodal link.
By transferring the equivalent of one million trucks from road to rail, the Lyon-Turin Transalpine will eventually carry 40 million tonnes of goods, as well as 5 million passengers per year, thus avoiding the emission of nearly 3 million tonnes of CO2 equivalent per year. The future TELT rail link will not only protect the Alpine environment by reducing road traffic, but also improve speed and passenger safety between France and Italy.
– 65km line between Suse/Bussoleno and Saint-Jean de Maurienne
– Base tunnel: 57.5km (of which 45km in France)
– Review of studies, supervision of works and support for the system

OUR ECO-RESPONSIBLE COMMITMENTS:

As a player committed to the energy and ecological transition, Artelia supports its customers in reducing the environmental footprint of their projects, but also ensures that it adopts a responsible approach to its own activities.
For many years now, ARTELIA has been providing its expertise in eco-design, focusing on multi-disciplinarity, the importance of reading the project, the use of design thinking to develop environmental intelligence and R&D at the service of the project.
In order to involve stakeholders in eco-design upstream of the project, ARTELIA offers innovative methods for initiating the upstream approach through a concerted, prioritised process, with the ultimate aim of enriching the project. Backed by our multi-disciplinary experience, our approach guarantees you a tailor-made response, adapted to your expectations and the identity of the area.
We are ISO 9001 – ISO 14001 – ISO 45001 – ISO 19443 certified and were awarded the Ecovadis Platinum Medal in 2023. (B-Corp label – decarbonation, Coq Vert)
