For example, in a door to door trip, the passenger through the transportation operator can access different type of services. Rainbow CPaaS integration to this applicative environment can provide communication services in order to personalized end user services, offer real-time interaction with the transport authorities, get real-time information, automate services and frequent request. In conjunction with Visual Notification Assistant This single platform solution can be integrated with your Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX® Enterprise Communication Server, and offers notification services such as Alcatel-Lucent Rainbow™ Instant Messaging, conference capabilities that can notify and gather people, saving time and providing a coordinated response, alert/audio broadcast using multicast for NOE DeskPhones and “s” Series Premium DeskPhones, and one-way conferencing up to 120 users per group, for other phones (such as TDM, Analog, and DECT…)
