Key competitive advantages / differentiation:
Global Film and TV market size including merchandising options is over US$400 bn: Lumiere aims to resolve traceability issues in the film industry, saving as much as 10% on every film budget that it services. Lumière is first to market.
In parallel, Lumiere engages audiences with Web3 tools and raises finance to produce content and promote it. Carried by a horde of ambassadors, the financial model is turned upside down and the film starts being financed before VC capital injection. It builds the Lumiverse — a secured, transparent, and reliable metamarket.
The Company has established solid partnerships with great numbers of industry players from all around the globe, including Animoca, Sandbox, and Decentraland metaverses, as well as international film and animation festivals, which form a strong network of partners.
Lumiere raised US$300K from Animoca Brands at a valuation of US$5M with a 2% stake from media giant RollingStone (PMC).

Financial:
Lumiere is looking to raise US$2.6M in 3 milestones over the next 36 months. To do so, it launches a movie fan membership token in Q2 2024 and is raising US$450K to close Animoca seed round by June 2024. To do so, Lumiere is in talks with blockchain foundations and VCs and it plans to be able to integrate Elemis fully into its platform with Ridley Scott’s movie about Ethereum “The Infinite Machine”.
Human resources:
Driven by a team of experts and a Ph.D. in the field of Web3 from CityU Hong Kong and UCLA, Lumiere is committed to transparency and security; allowing professionals and audiences an unprecedented co-creation. This commitment will be showcased during the launch of Lumiere’s fan club token in June 2024 and its plans to scale up.
By collaborating with visionary companies such as Animoca, RollingStone, Decentraland, The Sandbox and Gaumont, Lumiere aims to push the boundaries of entertainment and maximise the profitability of each initiative.
