Corsica Gastronomia

Corsica Gastronomia

Corsica Gastronomia is a small company, located in the region of Ajaccio, the city of Napoleon Bonaparte. Since its creation, the company has developed a wide range of jams and pâtés which reflect the flavours of Corsica: the Sea, the Mountains and the Maquis!

Today, Corsica Gastronomia produces over 300 specialties, with ISO 22000 & FSSC 22000 certification. The company boasts a wide range of typical and tasty products for consumers.

The company is the result of a shared vision and willpower to bring production to Corsica, using a maximum of local raw materials (widely known for the quality) and following traditional recipes (sometimes with a modern twist).

Behind these speciality products is the hard work of 40 people, half of whom are actually making them in the production facility. The other half are labelling, controlling the production, preparing orders, invoicing and managing. When the founder of Corsica Gastronomia, Charles Antona – whose name can be seen on the main brand products – retired in 2016, the 4 Directors within the company joined forces and took over to continue his legacy and ensure that the values he built his company on remain the main ingredients of Corsica Gastronomia.

The team behind Corsica Gastronomia think the time is right to enter the Irish market, where consumers value quality, authentic gourmet products.
