Alain Milliat’s aim is to offer a special experience, with juices that are authentically produced and presented in an elegant bottle. Introducing consumers to rich and delicate textures and unforgettable aromatic freshness.  
 
Alain sources personally as much as possible from groups of producers that practice sustainable, organic or zero-waste agriculture. He focuses on specific varieties, origins and optimum maturity that enables the juice to express every nuance of the fruit. Fruits are processed in Valence, in the Drôme area of France. They are distributed in the most prestigious establishments in over 50 countries. 

His collection that started with orchard fruits, such as Cox’s apples or autumn pears, now includes citruses, exotics fruits, berries and vegetables such as mandarins, mangoes, strawberries and carrots. 
This unique selection also features a beautiful assortment of single variety grape juices. Alain Milliat Merlot and Chardonnay juices allow non-drinkers to revisit the experience of great food and “wine” pairings, while the sparkling Muscadelle and Gamay juices let them enjoy more festive moments.

Hailing from a farming family, and a farmer himself, Alain Milliat took over the family business in Orliénas, France, near Lyon, in 1983. Milliat spent 15 years restoring and creating new plots using traditional craftmanship, caring for them as though they were his own garden and incorporating natural techniques that respect the environment. Eventually, however, he started to feel his aesthetic universe was a little limited and began imagining new horizons beyond his orchards… Alain’s team has now grown to over 40 employees, including an export team at your service!
