ABCD NUTRITION is a pioneer in  gluten-free products! For the past 30 years, the company has applied its specialist knowledge to creating products that gluten-sensitive & gluten-intolerant people can enjoy, which are sold under 2 brands: Céliane and Naten. 

The factory, based in Noyon in northern France, is 100% certified gluten-free. Here, products including sponge cakes, biscuits, bread, and culinary aids are made following delicious recipes inspired by French tradition and culinary trends. 
Each recipe is made for pleasure and well-being, with organic ingredients from small, local farms wherever possible. 

The team behind ABCD Nutrition is driven by a shared passion to ensure the world is well-fed and that people suffering from gluten-related disorders have a range of excellent products to choose from. Led by Bruno Pierre, ABCD Nutrition was the first gluten-free manufacturer in France. It all started in the 90s, when Bruno realised that his friends and family affected by celiac disease were importing their gluten-free products to France from abroad due to a lack of options. He thus decided to manufacture gluten-free certified products himself thanks to his R&D engineering training. This is how the first ever French certified gluten-free product appeared on shelves. Since then, the tight-knit team has  continued to develop this specialist know-how while respecting 4 shared values : passion, creativity, rigour and respect.
