Thanks to its latest investments in laser welding technology, SAS Boudin now offers new services for the repair and maintenance of injection and thermoforming moulds.

These services are carried out in our workshops or directly on customer production sites.

We offer an “all in one” service, meaning that our laser welders are first and foremost fitters. They are able to open the mould, prepare the welding field, laser weld, polish the weld, realign the parting line if necessary, and close the mould.

So our customers don’t need to mobilise one of their technicians, or wait for the technician to realign to find out if it’s necessary to re-weld.
