Moreover, this design allows to reduce cycle time and production chain by optimizing gripping operations and insuring an improved repeatability and quality.
GMP was created in 1995. The company is specialized in the formulation and production of recycled technical compounds. The main products of the company are : PC – PMMA – PC/ABS – ABS. GMP also offers custom granulation services for all types of technical materials (coloration, UV-stabilisation, glass fibers,…).
Production volume is 4000 tonnes of technical resins / year. GMP is equipped with 3 automated single-screw extruders, 2 knife mills and a shredder. The company is able to homogenise batches of 12 tonnes.
The in-house laboratory carries out entry and exit tests on each material and delivers a certificate with each batch produced. The laboratory tests are as follows : melt volume rate, charge rate, colorimetry, Charpy testing, density, Vicat Point, … All materials are supplied with a REACH and RoHS certificate of conformity.

Since 1992, Futerro has been a pioneer and world leader in bioplastics with the development and production of poly-lactic acid (PLA) and platform molecules (lactide and lactic acid). PLA is a well-recognized biopolymer able to replace a large number of traditional fossil-based plastics used in applications such as thermoforming, fibers and non-woven fabrics, film and coating, injection molding, bottles, rotomolding, and 3D printing.
PLA can offer a wide variety of advantages compared to existing fossil-based plastics: 100% biobased, mechanically and chemically recyclable, and compostable with an extremely low carbon footprint and good properties, making it suitable for many existing applications.
Futerro’s production capacities are currently located in Asia with an annual production capacity of 100,000 T per annum, making the company the world’s second-largest PLA producer. Besides its activities in China, Futerro is investing in France to build a fully integrated biorefinery covering the whole PLA life cycle by 2027: (1) starting from certified sustainable French wheat sugar to lactic acid, (2) polymerizing lactic acid into PLA, and (3) offering the world’s first chemical and mechanical recycling plant for PLA using the patented LOOPLA® technology.

Environnement Massif Central, founded in 1997, integrates the entire value chain of plastics recycling. In fact, the site includes the three essential units for regenerating polyolefins: an oversorting center entirely dedicated to mixed household packaging and equipped with the latest generation optical sorting machines; a grinding-washing plant for this sorted waste and finally several extrusion lines to provide ready-to-use granules to plastics manufacturers. These activities allow the company to regenerate more than 10,000 tonnes per year of HDPE and PP in the form of flakes and granules. Growing investments in production facilities over the past decade have made it possible to achieve this capacity, which is expected to increase significantly in the coming years under market pressure. Supplies are ensured thanks to seamless cooperation for more than 10 years with our historical partners CITEO and VALORPLAST for packaging but also ADIVALOR for wastes from agriculture. These structures guarantee the traceability and 100% French origin of the waste from which the pellets offered by the company come.

Polytechs is an Independent French producer of specialty compounds & masterbatches since 1980. The company has a production capacity of more than 42 000T split between 18 industrial & pilot lines – working in both Extrusion (twin screws; Co-kneaders) and Compaction activities. More than 160 people work there on 24/7 basis under the standard of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Polytechs does generate a turnover of 35 millions Euros across two activities – the first one is its Toll Compounding services, working for the major petrochemical brands in Europe as well as the top players in polymer compounding and plastic conversion markets. Polytechs is developing a biodegradable masterbatch range for the bioplastic industry.
PW® Cling masterbatch is a Polyisobutylene (PIB) masterbatch used in LLDPE stretch films for cling properties as main used. It does provide side-benefits such as cold flow or moisture barrier. PW® range does exist for more than 30 years as market Leader of Cling masterbatch solutions (PW 60, PW 70 or PW S) servicing the end markets of Silage Stretch Films ; Pallet / Industrial Stretch films; Food Stretch films.
Clean Xpress® is a hybrid purging compound range in pellet form dedicated to extrusion applications – both compounding & conversion markets such as blown & cast films; wires & cables ; Pipes & Tubes ; Sheets. Its market awareness in Europe (thanks to partnerships with leaders in machinery) combined with its excellent technical performances led Clean Xpress to become one of the TOP 3 purging compounds range in this continent. Clean Xpress can clean most of the TPs, TPEs & Rubbers.
Flow Xpress® is a product range dealing with productivity topics. It is Split into two product ranges :
Processing Aid Masterbatches – including high performance fluoro-based PPAs for PP or High T° PE as well as Food-contact PFAS-free PPA masterbatches.
Peroxide Masterbatches – used for viscosity modification (MFI increase) of Polypropyplene in GMT Process or Recycling of PP ; and used as well as grafting initiator for PE formulations such as PE-MaH ; PE-Silane or crosslinking reaction.
BioPTX is a biobased & home compostable masterbatches range. Its use will lead to product properties upgrade (like tackifying, antibloc & slip, water and/or oxygen permeability, …) / productivity improvement / soil regeneration.

Kantemir has 4-axis automated drilling centres with capacities of 2000 x 1350 x 1200 mm.

WIRE EROSION
KANTEMIR has the advanced wire erosion technology with travel of 800 x 600 x 510 mm. Our know how covers all material, from individual parts to series with the maximum precision and reliability.
