FRANCEM designs and manufactures extruded profiles in Rubber or TPE, in different materials such as EPDM, EPDM FDA, NBR, CR, SULFUR-FREE EPDM, NBR-PVC, SILICONE. and TPE: SEBS, TPV, ABS, PVC, bi or tri material: used for damping, insulation, sealing, acoustics, aesthetics, anti-vibration, transport of fluids…
Our know-how have been our strength for over 70 years. creation and production of our tools and manufacturing of our own mixtures in-house.
Innovation : extruded and cut foam cushions for shock absorbers with or without adhesive in a continuous process, vibration absorbers in battery pack , PADS, extruded foam or compact shock absorbers.
Equipment : 5 extrusions lines for rubber and 5 for TPE, a mixing and finishing workshop (glue application, cutting, end-to-end bonding) and a tooling and maintenance workshop
